Chapter 8

"It's perfect Mimi!! I love It!" I tell Wyatt's grandma. She made me a Mrs. Claus outfit for Christmas Eve next week. I'm so excited!! Wyatt's goin to be Santa and I'm gunna be Mrs. Claus. This ought a be interestin.

Well it's Wednesday and midterms was Monday and Tuesday. SOOOOO glad they're over! Friday I'm going watch Wyatt in a Christmas play at his school with his mom. Friday's half a day at school, so I'm just not gunna go.

Hannah's been quiet all week for some reason, and she won't tell me why.

"Hannah for the 15th million time, can you PLEASE tell me why your sooo quiet?! Pleaseeeee" I beg her. "It's tell a friend Thursday!!" I say "He kissed me." She said silently, I almost couldn't hear her. "Who Jason?" I ask. "No.. Alex." She says. My mouth dropped. She looks at me. "What am I supposed to do?" She asks anxiously. I *cough* a fake cough and say "uhhhhh well um. I don't know Hannah's." Alex picks up Hannah and hugs her. She's tooken by surprise. Awwwwe sha! He looks at her, then kisses her. "Be my girlfriend, Hannah" he says in his strong British accent. She nods and kisses him back.

"Double date then?" I ask her as they sit down and she smiled at me. The rest of the day passes with a breeze pretty easy for a Thursday. Can't wait for tomorrow!!!

"BETTANY!!" I hear from the front of the house. I walk out with my phone in my hand and charger in my pocket. Mrs. Wendy is pickin me up for Wyatt's thing today. I love her. She's truly amazing!

Silence in the car. Truly great. Amazing, I just love it.

We get to Wyatt's school, me and Mrs. Wendy. We take our seats and watch the play.

It's after the play now, we're in the car, me Wyatt, and Mrs. Wendy. She's dropping us at her work with my momma, because me and Wyatt and Hannah and Alex are going to the movies tonight. Also Kim and Seth are tagging along for a triple date now.

Im dressed. Wearing a 3 quarter sleeved dark gray and blue shirt, skinny jeans, and flats. My hair's straight, perfume smells great, and shades ready to roll. I look at myself in the mirror one last time and walk into the living room to find hannah, alex, kim, and Seth on our long couch, and Wyatt on our love seat couch. He stands up when he sees me. He's wearing a tight black tshirt, black leather jacket, my favorite if his blue jeans, and a pair of nice looking shoes. I hug him a get a Whif of his new cologne I bought him. Mmm. I turn my head to greet my company as well.

"Ready to go?" I ask everyone. Wyatt, Seth, and Alex are giving each if us girls anxious smiles. Us girls walkout to a huge black limo!!

I look at Hannah and Kim and their mouths popped open. The boys come infront of us to meet our gaze. "Must have cost a fortune!" Kim blurted. "Oh my god," Hannah said. "But how??" I asked finally.

"Alex here offered to buy a limo to take us places." Wyatt said. "But..." Hannah trails off. "But nothing, it's a little get together gift for each of you, now get in before we're late for our movie." Alex says calmly. We each step into our black limo hummer.

"WOWWWW!" Me, kim, and Hannah say together as we step in. It's really beautiful. Star like lights on the roof. Champagne glasses with a bottle of champagne on ice. Black leather seats. Huge jam system. Huge flat screen. Wow I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Alex makes his way to the window where the driver sits. He reaches up and switches and twists a knob. The radio comes to life. Right then a song entries the vehicle loudly. We all but out laughing and starts dancing. Our song, 'Get Low' streams into our ears. 🎄

We watched te movie This is 40. It was a great movie. We shared many laughs. We're in the limo now, and Bouta be at my house. I start to move my way to the door. Wyatt pulls my hand which I fall on his lap. He leans forward, and kisses me. After about 14 seconds I pull back. "I love you." He says and I make my way inside my house as everyone else goes home
