I rolled out of bed this morning completely annoyed because Kiara just woke me up talking about get dressed. We had made plans last night with her friends to go to mall and some other shit today. I got up and brushed my teeth and got in the shower and got dressed. I went down to the kitchen to fix me some Cinnamon Toast Crunch mixed with Frosted Flakes that shit is so fucking bussing especially when you high. I started looking at my snaps from last night while eating. I can't believe I ran into Key ass last night I was shook as hell I couldn't even say nothing back. His ass was way finer now he had all them tattoo's & that nice cologne mixed with the weed didn't make it no better. He look confused when he saw me I hope I don't run into him no time soon.
5 Hours Later
We was just leaving the mall on the way back to the crib to chill at our house. 10 minutes passed and we pulled up into our driveway. As we got out I saw a lot of cars parked next door were key used to live and I continued to walk my happy ass in the house.
"Hey ma what you doing" , I asked her walking into the kitchen.
"Cooking this macaroni to take next door" , she said. Lani twisted her face up at what she said.
"Next door where ma how you get some friends that quick", I said.
" Girl shut the hell up I'm going to Mary's next door you coming too she wanna see you & your sister. That shit made my heart drop to my mother fucking ass. The fuck she mean go over to Key's granny house. I thought her ass moved if he a lil money now. What the fuck ima say to his ass.
" Ma what you mean I gotta go she can see me some other time" , I said.
"Lani I'm not about to argue with yo ass , I said you going end of discussion" , she said.
"But mama what ima say to Key , I basically ghosted on him when we left Memphis" , I said.
"That's yo fault I told you to text that damn boy , a long ass time ago that ain't none of my business. Ima go get dressed and shit and I'll call you when I'm ready.
"I know everybody bout to be over there and I need to look like a bad bitch". She said walking down the hall to her room. I rolled my eyes going upstairs to Kiara's room busting in that bitch.
"You know we gotta go next door" I asked her. I could've sworn I saw that bitch smirk.
" Yeah mama told me last night" she said.
"Bitch why the fuck you didn't tell me that shit what the fuck I could've acted sick or some shit" , I said. She started laughing.
" I thought mama had already told you my bad B. Why youn wanna go over there anyways?", She said. She knew the exact reason why ion wanna go over there & know she wanna act all stupid.
"Ain't shit funny foo , and stop acting stupid Kiara you know Ian talked to Key since we left.
"Girl that's yo business me & mama been told yo ass to text Key" she said.
"Man whatever" I said walking to my room.
" I LOVE YOU TO LANI" she yelled.
" SUCK MY DICK BITCH" I yelled back. Hearing her laugh. I went and my room and changed in some comfortable clothes.

After changing clothes , I laid down in the bed thinking on how this was gone play out & what I was going to say. Until my mama yelled upstairs to me and Ki ass & told us to come on. I rolled my ass grabbed my charger , purse and phone and walked downstairs outside. We walked outside music blasting and a lot folks was out here. We walked next-door and walked in the backyard where mostly everybody was at. I was scanning the fuck out the backyard to see if I saw Key & them out here but they was nowhere to be found Thank God. It might be straight then if he don't show up. My scanning was interrupted by Ms Mary she had walked up and greeted us.
"My folkksss how y'all been I missed y'all so much" she said. We all answered good in unison.
" Don't just be standing there give me a hug Ian see y'all in so long & Kat you looking good as always girl".
"You know I gotta keep my foot on these bitches neck Mary" she said laughing giving her a hug. Then talked to Ki and then got to me.
"Lani girl you done grown up on me girl looking just like yo mama why you ain't call and check in with me sometimes you know yo was like my granddaughter" , she said. Damn she ain't have to a bitch on the spot like that.
"Thank you & I'm sorry Gma ima do better" , I told her hugging her back.
" Mhmm don't be lying to me na , y'all hungry ?" she asked.
"girl hell yeah , you know I love me some your cooking". my mama said as we all laughed and nodded our heads. We began walking to the lil table that had all the food. As we was fixing our food my mama asked a dumbass question almost making me drop my plate.
" so where is Key at ? , I know he has grown up by now I be seeing his lil pictures on Instagram" my mama said & Ki smirked.
" oh I sent his lanky ass to the store to get some more drinks , he should be back soon". Mary said. Oh fuck what the hell im gone do.
" AYE , where my granny at ?" I heard key yell , as folks was pointing towards her. Speaking off the damn devil hisself. He began walking towards us.
" granny I put the Drink in the coolers up front" , he said. He didn't notice us yet.
" ight preciate it , you don't see Kat , Kiara & Lani right here yeen gone speak act like you got some damn sense" , Mary said. SHIT SHIT SHIT my heart dropped once again. I tried to walk off but somebody was behind me making me drop my phone and purse.
" Lani ?" I heard key say while looking kinda upset. Fuck
I'm sorry y'all I be trying so hard to finish writing this story( it might have mistakes) 😭. I be trying to get to 1000 words maximum and trying to plan how I want the story to go. Plus I'm going through hella shit rn butt...
