Y/N's POV:

I looked ahead of me blankly. Silence filled the room as I sat on a couch in Kim Taehyung's office. He stood near a large window, his back facing me. Mine and his secretary discussing within themselves. Rumor of me and Taehyung dating blew up.

"I am afraid we couldn't do anything as pictures of you both are all over the internet. Almost whole world knows about it now" Taehyung's secretary said breaking the silence.

"But there must be some wa—" I started but was cut in between by Kim Taehyung himself who was mute ever since I came here.

"You two look tired working since today morning. Go and have something we can discuss about this matter later" he said directing to our secretaries dismissing them. They nodded and walked out.

I sighed before getting up to make my way towards exit but heard a voice from behind making me stop in my tracks.

"I didn't asked you to leave yet Ms Lee" I heard his deep voice. I turned around to face him.

He gestured me to sit where I was sitting earlier. I rolled my eyes before walking back to sit.

"What is it Mr Kim" I said in most professional tone. He sighed before opening his mouth again to speak.

"Look news about you and me dating is all over the internet and to stop that we only have one choice"

"And what is it?" I asked curiously.

"Be my fake girlfriend" those words make me choke on air.

"W-what" I asked thinking I might have heard wrong. He closed his eyes taking a deep breath as to calm himself before he started again.

"Listen since last few months I have caught up in such rumours alot of time and if I keep on denying it everytime I am afraid people might see me as a playboy rather than a decent businessman. If we can just make an announcement about being in a obviously fake relationship then people will think that I am finally settling down and it wouldn't damage my image. Plus making a announcement once will media shut and stop following every step. Ofcourse later on when everything will seem calm we will make another announcement of break up" he finished.

I looked at him like he has grown two heads. I shrugged thinking of him keeping his image. I know what his real image is.

"And what if I don't agree?" I asked.

"Then handle all the media everywhere you go" he shrugged.

"I—" before I could say anything our secretaries came back.

"I guess it's enough for today. We can discuss tomorrow. Think about my offer Ms Lee" he said. I stood up and dashed out of his office.

As much as I am trying to stay away from him. I always end up in situations that involve him. I sighed before walking to my car to only notice it's tire punctured.

"Not this happening now" I said in frustration. I looked up at sky in anger

Why do you always do this to me.

My secretary texted me saying he will stay back to hang out with kim Taehyung's secretary as they became good friends.

Great, just great.

I started walking as I know I wouldn't be getting any bus as it's nearly 9pm.

After walking for almost 40 minutes I was just 15 minutes away from home when I felt someone following me.

I looked back to see few people following me. They rushed towards me asking me questions about my and Taehyung's relationship. They were from media.

Honestly it was scary. Instead of answering I decided to walk avoiding them but they followed like a creep. Making me walk fast and end up running.

Finally I reached home. I closed door as I panted heavily. Is this how it will be like?

My mind went back on Taehyung's offer. I pulled my phone from my purse and dialled a number.

"I am ready for whatever you said earlier"

Taehyung's POV:

"Hello Boss, we did exactly you said. Following Ms Lee in media attire"

"Good job" I said smirking before cutting the call. I looked at my phone as if waiting for someone's phone. Soon my phone started vibrating and the person I wanted to call name displayed on screen.

"Tck tck Ms Lee still so innocent" I grinned.
