"How was school today cali?" My dad asks me as he takes a bite of the delicious food my mom made us.
"It was good, we are starting a new project in the English class" I tell them, my dad nods his head.
"What sort of project? is it fun?" My mom asks, taking a sip of her water.
"I mean it's quite fun it's very easy, we are two people in each group and we are supposed to make a presentation at the end" I smile at her, she nods her head.
"You're with olive aren't you?" My dad smiles at me, I shake my head smiling.
"Actually no, mr.Williams choose the partners"
"Oh okay who did you get with then?"
"Ruel" I smile, Cindy kick my foot. I look up at her and roll my eyes playfully, she lets out a laugh.
"Isn't he like your best friend?" Elliot asks me, I nod my head.
"Yes"
"Well then there's like no difference" He ads, I shrug my shoulders and bite on a ice cube in my mouth.
"Oh mom and dad?" I look up at them, they both already looking at me with smiles on their faces.
"Me and ruel are having our birthday party together and I was wondering if we could have it this weekend since it's his birthday on Friday" I ask them, hoping they'll says yes.
"Yeah of course honey"
"Don't drink too much sissy" Elliot ads, I shot him an annoyed look and thank mom for the dinner.
As I make myself up to my room my phone vibrate in my back pocket. I take it out of my pocked and unlock it. Taking me to the text.
