„Are you planning on throwing me down this small hill?" Niall laughed as they got out of the car. Liam said the car ride would be quick, well, jokes on him because it took almost 30 minutes.
But Niall quite enjoyed the car drive here, he was in charge of music.
„Oh damn! How did you know this was my plan? I searched so long for the perfect location." Liam chuckled, but just took Nialls hand in his. „But before I do that, I have something different I want to show you. Would you like to go on a little walk with me?"
Niall giggled. „Of course."
Liam smiled as he started walking, Niall right beside him. They followed a small path, till Liam leaded them off the way.
„Liam where are we going? There is probably nothing back here." Niall said, but Liam just kept going.
„Liiiam, there's nothing here!" He said again. But the older one just shook his head. „Just wait a minute babe, and close your eyes." Liam replied.
Niall lifted up an eyebrow, looking pretty confused. But he obviously did close his eyes anyways.
„Okay it's basically right here... hidden pretty well." Liam mumbled, his hand was holding Nialls and he was slowly pushing Niall step for step in the right direction.
The older one took a deep breath, stepping behind. He wrapped his arms around his boyfriends waist, resting his chin on Nialls head softly.
„Okay you can open your eyes again."
„Ya sure?"
„Yes babe I am sure." Liam replied with a short laugh. As Niall opened his eyes again, he first noticed the sun shining bright into his face. It looked quite beautiful how the sun was creating shadows while it was shining through the trees.
Then his eyes went to the ground.
„Liam..." He mumbled speechless. „This- did you plan that? It looks so pretty oh my gosh!"
It really did. There was white blanket with red accents spread out on the ground, a small wooden basked was placed in one corner, and some food was already out on display. There was even a hat laying randomly in the middle of the blanket, it looks amazing. Like something Niall would search up on Pinterest and save under „date ideas". Maybe that's where Liam got the idea from in the first place. Or he remembered that Niall loved picnics in general. Yeah probably the second one. Liam wasn't a Pinterest guy.
„Do you like it love?"
„Are you kidding me? I LOVE IT! It looks so pretty, I need to take a thousand pictures! I can't believe you did this for me, god I love you, you romantic dude."
„Romantic dude?"
„Yeah but you are my romantic dude, now let's sit down! Or wait can you lay down first so i can take a picture for instagram? After that I'll put my phone away I promise!" Niall said full of excitement, and Liam just nodded with a laugh. He's just glad Niall liked it so far.
The older one stepped away, and laid down at the right side. „Like this?" he asked and Niall nodded quickly, and mumbled something that sounded like: „You look hot that way."
