Chapter 1: Renesmee

Edward POV

Bella is gone. It hurts to think ill never see her again. I'm supposed to be a good father to Renesmee. But I can get over the pain and tragedy. She left me alone. This is all my fault i knew i wasn't good for her, now shes dead.

"Daddy?"

"Yes Renesmee?"

"Where's Mom?"

"She's not here sweetie."

"Why? I never got to see her."

"She died having you Renesmee."

"Is that why you never seem to be happy?"

"Yes Renesmee. It is."

Tears ran down my face.

"Daddy, why are you crying?"

"Because I Loved your mother more than anyone in my life."

Renesmee hugged me.

"Carlisle, Can you watch Renesmee, While i take a walk before i kill myself."

"Alright son, i will."

I walked out the door. It was raining. I walked through the woods, to the cliff. I looked down, i felt the cool breeze on my face. Alice came running up behind me.

"Edward don't do it."

"Why Everything i lived for is gone. I'm no one."

"Edward you are my brother, and im not gonna let you die."

"You don't know how it feels to lose someone."

"No I don't but im not about to find out by losing my brother, I know you loved Bella, but death makes room for life."

Tears run down my face. I fall to my knees and cry into my hands. Alice kneels beside me and hugs me.

"it will be alright brother. Just keep fighting."
