Two

Tam Pov:

In a moment and Linh and I were dumped at the gates of Everglen. While I started to get used to the blinding light of the gates, Linh fell to the ground, shrieking in shock. I whirled around to see my twin lying on the ground. Oh no! Is she alright! My head spun. It was too bright to see anything! I heard happy giggles from the ground, and breathed a sigh of relief. Biana. She was latched onto Linh, and was hugging her tight. Both of them were laughing, a beautiful, heartwarming sound.

"Bi!" Linh exclaimed, attempting to wiggle out of Biana's tight embrace.

"Hi Linh!" Biana looked so excited that she might burst.

"You look so cute!" Biana blushed, standing up. She was wearing a cream sweater over simple white tank top, tucked into a flowy teal miniskirt. Her dark waves were in a half up half down bun, and a gold headband adorned her hair. She smiled.

"So do you, Linh!" Linh straightened her light blue dress, and stood up. Biana then walked over to me and squeezed all traces of air out of my body. When she let go, I was breathing hard, and my face was beet red. Definitely from lack of air, yep, not being hugged by the prettiest girl in the lost cities.

"Everyone else is here, so come on!" Biana grabbed our hands, and in her excitement, she dragged us inside the glittery mansion.

Biana Pov:

We entered through the kitchen, and Tam grabbed the plate of mallowmelt off of the counter. Linh stood next to him and I snuck up behind him, invisible. We had a plan to get the mallowmelt. I would sneak up behind him, and tap his shoulder, making him jump, and loosen his grip on the mallowmelt. Linh would take the mallowmelt, and I would grab him, allowing a safe escape upstairs.

Tam was talking to his twin, not noticing me falling behind and vanishing. After a moment, I tapped his shoulder with my pointer finger, making him whirl around, linh snatched the plate, and ran as I trapped Tam in a hug. I reappeared, and stuck my tongue out at him as I dashed after Linh to my room. Sophie was sitting on my bed, and Marella was toying with one of her braids.

When Linh and I tumbled through the door, they looked up, alarmed. Sophie's eyes trained on the mallowmelt and she scrabbled off the bed. Marella must have heard Tam running after us, because she slammed the glass door, right as he was about to run back in. He skidded to a stop, and the four of us smiled, and held up our thick slices of mallowmelt.

"Mean!" Tam yelled back at us and we all giggled. Linh and I were explaining what took us so long to get there. We told the whole story, including the tackle hug, and the Mallowmelt theft. The mallowmelt was creamy and delicious, so it was all gone soon, leaving us with nothing much to do. The boys practically begged us for some time alone, so there was only a few things to do.

Linh glanced at me, and I looked at her. Together, we squealed.

"MAKEOVERS!" Sophie groaned, and Marella nodded excitedly. She pushed a practically crying Sophie into the chair.

"Nooooooo.... I don't wanna look good." Marella raised an eyebrow, scanning her simple T-shirt, and jeans.

"Ok, Soph, I do not know how or why you have two boys constantly pining after you. Nonetheless, they are some of the hottest teens in the lost cities. But if you look like that, you are never gonna get those boys hearts fluttering, you know, what your heart does when you see Keefe and Fitz." Marella explained.

"And, we will be gentle." Sophie was still groaning, but she plopped down in the chair. The three girls swarmed around Sophie, brushing her cheeks with blush, and applying eyeshadow. I brought out a cute red crop top, and white jeans. I pulled Sophie's hair up into a beautiful dutch braid, and slipped a few gold bangles onto her wrist. I knew how much she loved human fashion.

I looked at Sophie, analyzing her outfit. I then turned Sophie to the mirror, and she knew that looked stunning. Her outfit was simple, yet it made her look ten times more put together than her original outfit. Moments after, there was a knock on his door. Linh opened it, and I caught a glimpse of Dex. I heard a murmur from him, and then he left.

Linh walked up to the chair where I was finishing Marella's makeup.

"The boys are waiting." she said. I smirked.

"Ready to blow them away?" Sophie nodded, and we all stood and walked into the room.

Tam Pov: 

I had been sitting, playing with my bangs for the last 15 minutes. Keefe was being annoying, Dex was somewhere, and Fitz was staring at the ceiling, dreamy eyed. I wondered what he was thinking about. Probably Sophie. I did not really understand why everybody was madly in love with her. There were much better options. My mind drifted to a certain athletic, smart, beautiful girl.

As I got lost with my thoughts of a certain pair of teal eyes, the room fell silent. I looked up, and saw the four girls walking into the room. Two pairs of eyes stared at a pretty blonde, my vision was filled with my twin rushing towards me. Her hair was in a sleek high ponytail, and she was wearing a gray silk dress, that fell down to her knees. She twirled, and smiled brightly.

"TAMMY!" she yelled "How to I look?"

I crossed my arms, and pretended to look disgusted.

"If you must know, dear sister, you look terrible." At that very word, my cheek stung. I looked up, and saw Biana, looking stunning in a teal dress, with a chiffon skirt. She was wearing a disappointed frown, and one eyebrow was arched high above the other.

"Tammy, is that how you talk to a lady?" I blushed at her use of my nickname. Before I was able to answer, Keefe, that annoying, hair obsessed elf, stuck his head into our conversation.

"Tammy, eh?" I blushed furiously. "You have a NICKNAME?" Biana giggled. Keefe continued "Can I call you Tammy, or is it only your sister and your GIRLFRIEND who can call you that"

At the the word girlfriend, Biana flopped on the floor and stuck her face into a pillow. After getting his fill of teasing me, Biana lifted herself from her pillow, and crawled towards me, sitting down next to Linh.

"Sooooo....what do you guys want to do?" Sophie inquired. Marella smiled, and an evil grin spread on her face.

"TRUTH OR DARE!"
