Killua had stabbed his mother and brother before running away from home.

He'd had found a place to sleep those days before he got to the Hunter Exams. Killua hadn't exactly thought about what he was doing he was just thinking about what he didn't want to do.

He didn't want to go back to "home".

Killua had met Gon, Leorio, and Kurapika. He especially enjoyed Gon's presence, Gon made everything seem okay.

He and the rest had made it through the first two exams. Sore and tired but happy.

Netero-San had been watching the boys; noticing their potential.

So when the applicants rested in the blimp he invited Gon and Killua to play.

"You're being ridiculous Netero." You said leaning against the wall of the room that the match would take place.

Netero stretched and smiled at you the same time.

"I just wanna see if they do have the potential. They look promising, don't you think?" He said touching his toes.

Before you could respond the boys walked in. Gon skipped in a smile on his face. Killua came in looking at the floor hands in pockets.

He looked up moving his head to a side to move his bangs out his eyes.

Killua looked around the room with a sigh; not showing any concern for what was about to happen.

As his eyes roamed around the room they landed on you. He stared for a moment taking in your image. Killua bit her lip and looked away.

Oh my God that lip bite...

" Okay! Let me explain the rules! "

Netero said excitedly clapping his hands.

As he talked you kept on looking at Killua. He caught you staring, quickly you looked away.

" Oh God, that was embarrassing. " You thought looking at the ceiling as if it were interesting.

A loud smack caught your attention.

When you looked again Gon was on the floor smacked down.

Gon quickly got up again trying to knock the ball out of Neteros hand.

He failed being knocked to the floor again.

" I told you boys, it wasn't going to be easy..."
