Chapter Eight

Wildcards POV
"Ojo?!" Missy said, walking over to her. "What are you doing here?"

"Hello everyone" Ojo said, ignoring Missys question. "I need all of your help and- who's she?" She asked all of the sudden, looking over to Alice.

"Hi, I'm Alice" she answered walking over to Ojo, standing next to Missy.

"Don't worry Ojo" Missy started "she's cool"

"Alright" Ojo smiled at Alice. "Anyway, I need your help. Ogima is under attacked. Do you all remember what you promised me last year?"

"We will help you.." started A cappella "no matter what" finished Missy.

"Yes! Now, I need all of you to come with me." We all nodded and got up except Alice.

"You coming?" I asked her.

"I'm not sure.." she started, "this seems like a old group thing. I don't even know who Ojo is!"

"It's ok Ace" I stated, grabbing her hand. "We can do this together" she smiled and nodded at my words.

Once we walked out we were greeted by the rest of the group in front of a humongous spaceship. "Woah" we said in unison.

Alices POV
"What kind of spaceship is this?" I asked Ojo, letting go of wildcards hand.

"It's one built by my workers. You see, on my planet the children are the leaders."

"Must be nice" wildcard added in as we walked into the ship.

"It is. But recently we have been under attacked by asteroids."

"But how can we help with that?" Face-maker asked her

"They aren't normals asteroids, when they crashed into the ground, millions of bugs crawl out and destroy our home." Ojo explained

"Still" Noodles started "how are we going to be able to stop them?"

"Well I have something to show you." Ojo responded, flipping around her iPad. It revealed all of us standing on a multi-colored ground with crumbles of asteroids underneath us. "We think the asteroids have a leader because the the parts of the land that are getting ruined are the most populated parts of land."

"Just like the heroics" Rewind quipped, making us all laugh.

"But we have to act fast" Ojo continued "because my planet is almost gone!"

"Don't worry" I said, placing my arm on her. "We can help save your planet."

"Because we're the kid heroics!" Missy added standing next to me. We all nodded as Ojo started the spaceship up.

Ok...I might have forgotten to tell the group something. I have a big fear of heights. Using my flight doesn't scare me but everything else about being in the sky? Absolutely not. I huddled near wildcard at the back of the ship while we floated into space. Wildcard must've noticed my heaving breathing because he grabbed my hand. Oh my god.

Wildcards POV
Once we started to float into space I noticed that Alice had her eyes closed and was breathing pretty heavy. I slipped my hand into hers, hoping that this would calm her down. She opened her eyes to look down at our hands and then smiled. She leaned her head on my shoulder, closing her eyes again.

"Thank you" she whispered. I looked at her and smiled.

"Alight everyone" Ojo announced, making Alice snap her eyes open. Even in shock she still looked pretty.

"This is my homeland. Come with me and I can show you where the attacks happened." Ojo finished. As we walked out of the ship, I felt Alices squeeze my hand tighter.

"Hey it's ok" I told her "if this was that dangerous Ojo wouldn't have called on us." She nodded still holding on to my hand.

I noticed out of the corner of my eye that A cappella and fast forward were looking at us, giggling. They really were best friends. As we walked around Ojo's planet I looked around to see if there were any clues on what could be controlling the asteroids. Finally, Ojo stopped in her tracks in front of a destroyed town.

"Here we are. The first place the asteroids hit."
