Mt Lady's quirk has a an interesting drawback, she needs to swallow a person once year or she will go on a rampage eating everyone in sight in order to satisfy this odd hunger.

Today was the day Yu Takeyama, Mt Lady, finally gets her closure, today she will finally swallow Midoriya. She made her way to class-1A and made her big reveal.

"Who's ready to learn!" Yu shouted as she struck a pose. She looked to see her prey writing in his notebook.
Her first lesson was giant villain attacks, they needed to group up in teams to see if they could take down a big threat. She played the roll of the villain while the class break into teams of four. After three villain victories it was time for Midoriya and his team of Uraraka, Iida, and Todoroki. This was more a test for Yu to see if she can detain Midoriya quickly to make his later capture much more easier.
When Midoriya rushed her, she quickly grabbed him held him high, she was tempted to just swallow him right now but knew she would get in trouble if she did. She held back the temptation long enough for Todoroki to burn her hand, causing her to let go.
In the end, Izuku's team won, But Yu can finally get her prey. "Midoriya, could you follow me?" Yu asked the boy.
He agreed as she lead him to a gym with a broken camera. Once they got there, Yu locked the door and looked at Midoriya with hungry eyes before activating her quirk.
"S-So what did y-you want to t-talk to me about?" Izuku asked before turning around to see the giantess sitting in her full size.
Before he could ask what she was doing, Yu quickly grabbed him and put her thumb over his mouth. She held him up to her face and licked her lips.
"Finally, I've wanting to do this ever since I laid my eyes on you." Yu said to her prey. "You've unknowingly avoided my stomach for way too long. But it doesn't matter anymore, because I finally have you."
And with that, Yu stuffs him head first into her mouth. She enjoyed his taste, he tasted so sweet like candy. She savored him a bit
(Midoriya's Pov)
Izuku was expecting almost anything when Mt Lady asked him to follow her. He expected her to scold him, congratulate him, maybe even some type of extra credit or something. What he wasn't expecting was for her to lead him to a gym and eat him. And apparently, she's been planning to do so for a while now. At least that explains why she was the only one to send an Internship for him, to think he almost took it too.
Now he was in her mouth after she stuffed him in. He tries to scream for help but only Mt Lady could hear him, and she wasn't letting him out. He was laying on her soft tongue while looking towards his final destination, her throat. After being savored a little, Mt Lady finally decides to swallow. She tilts her head up and lets gravity do the rest. Izuku tries to catch himself but is unable to as Mt Lady's Tongue pushed him in, and with a quick 'Gulp!' Izuku was sent down Mt Lady's throat.
During him descent, Izuku struggled to hold himself in place. The more he struggled, the quicker his descent. Until he reached the final chamber and his tomb, Mt Lady's stomach. He could hear her heartbeat as well as the gurgles and growls. Inside her stomach was food of all types as well as some skeletons, meaning he wasn't the first to meet this fate. He tried to punch the stomach walls with his quirk but it all in vain, her stomach was too tolerant for indigestion. He sat against a wall and accepted his fate.
(Mt Lady's Pov)
After she was done savoring him, Yu tilted her head up and waited for him to fall. With a little push and a loud 'Gulp!' Yu finally claimed her prey as Midoriya slid down her throat. She felt true bliss when he struggled and even traced her finger where he was. When he reach her stomach, she mockingly patted it before returning to her normal size.
"Brp! Oops! Hehe, Excuse me." Yu said as she made her leave. "Sorry to end your hero career so early kid, but you have no idea how tormenting it is knowing your food got away from you."
She felt him punch, kick and even use his quirk for an hour before she got home. He eventually stopped as she sat down on her couch and patted her stomach.
"Give up already?" She mocked.
"I want to know why, why did you eat me?" Izuku said from her stomach.
Yu was silent for a moment before answering. "Well, you at least deserve to know, my quirk has a drawback to it called Vore-Hunger. Basically I need to swallow someone once a year to keep myself from going on a rampage. You were just an unlucky civilian that caught my eye."
"So you ate me to control your quirk, at least I won't die in vain." Izuku said in a sad tone. Yu was starting to really regret this now. "Well, considering the position I'm in, let me tell you about my quirk."
If Yu didn't regret eating Midoriya before, she REALLY did now! He was chosen by freaking All Might to succeed him, his quirk can be passed on, and this All for One guy sounded really scary. He was a true hero, someone who could've and would've save so many lives, a hero that would save anyone whether if they were a civilian, hero, or villain, and she just swallowed him like a goldfish.
"But, why tell me this?" Yu asked. He didn't need to. Despite her being his captor, she was just a small time hero.
"Because One for All can only be transferred if one consumes the user's DNA and the user allows it to." Izuku replied. If the user allows? What does he- no, no he wouldn't.
"M-Midoriya, please don't tell me you're doing what I think you're doing." Yu said panicked, this wasn't how it was supposed to go!
"I'm giving One for All to you, once you've digested me it'll be yours to use or give." Izuku said with no regret.
"NO!" Yu screamed. She didn't want this, it was supposed be so simple, she eats him, he struggles for a bit, gets digested, then she waits another year to do it again with someone else. She wasn't supposed to learn of a century old battle and receive her prey's quirk!
Yu was trying to cough him up, she gagged herself, sit upside down, anything to get the boy out! When all of a sudden, she had red marks all around her hand, similar to when Midoriya used his quirk.
"N-No...... no.... no..." Yu said in distraught, she was too over whelmed with guilt as she had made a very poor choice. She should have never laid her eyes on him that day, because now...
She had digested Izuku Midoriya and now she has One for All.
