Y/n POV

I wake up to an unfamiliar bed, I start to panic. 'where am i, who's bed is this, have I been taken?, where's Jones?' I shoot up quickly trying to get rid of the thoughts before looking around. A wardrobe, guitar, bookshelf and a light blue rug, oh yeah I've been adopted. I sigh standing up looking at the digital clock on my bed side table. 2:40am . I silently sigh knowing I'm not going to sleep again, so I grab out a random book and start reading. Before long I realise my throat feels dry, so I climb (out of my head and watch myself implode a thought without a body outta be the shot to take a load off my brain is poison and I'm searching for the antidote but everytime I find it my defence is screaming no you don't, wOaH sorry I had to <2) out of my bed and silently shuffle to the door. I creak the door open just enough to where I can fit out and start heading downstairs, I'm making no noise, comes in handy being light on your feet. After making it down the stairs and to the kitchen I find a glass and fill it with water. As I'm pouring it down my throat I head the tiniest creak coming from the stairs, I realise someone is coming down but trying to be silent. Tommy is too loud, Wilbur is asleep, Phil is asleep, so it has to be techno. "hello techno" I say as I put the glass down in the counter and turn around, and sure enough I see the pink haired male standing in front of me. "How did you hear me?" he asks "and how did you know it was me?" I chuckle "well first, your not the only one light on their feet anymore so I guess it's easier to hear, and when you came to adopt me, wilburs steps were too loud to try and act quiet, and besides he needs his beauty sleep. Tommy will stomp anywhere and well phil is asleep so it had to of been you. Any other questions?" I say the end bit sightly annoyed, "that's impressive" techno muttered "thanks" I quietly say back. A couple of seconds pass before he asks "why are you awake anyway?" "I'm always awake, sleep is for the weak" I reply in a monotoned voice, I get a chuckle out of him " I could ask you the same question though" he sighs "Same I guess. I don't sleep." A few seconds pass as we stare at each other before we both burst out into laughter, "o-okay *laugh* we should *laugh* be quiet now" I state in between laughs " right right." "Well goodnight/good morning techno" I say with a small smile before turning on my heal, I start to walk off when I hear "Call me god, and goodnight y/n" I scoff "yeah yeah call me Lacus and goodnight Deus" I say, leaving before I can get a response.

I'm just quickly saying I'm trying to make a bond between the children before any like plot tingz happen so yuh.

Tommy POV

I was FaceTiming Toby aka tubbo when he says "Aw sorry dude I have to go mother dearest is threatening the wifi again byee!" L "aww byeeee!" I quietly chuckle at my friend before deciding to get up early, I look over to my clock. 4:50am . Oh well better early than late. I quickly get bored with no one to talk to so I quietly hop over to y/ns bedroom. I glide open the door but before I can say anything I'm cut off by y/n "yes tommy?" She says as she looks up from her book, "wait what how did you know that was me?" She chuckles "I have my ways" she shuts her book "so whatcha need?" She asks once again. "Well I was just bored and needed someone to talk toooo" I say "aww has Tommy got no friends?" She teases "no I do have friends their just asleep" I grumble "yeah well you should be asleep as well tom" The nickname catches me by surprise, but a good one "I could say the same to you, looks like you haven't slept in weeks!" I point out, "cause I haven't" she says almost instantly in a monotone voice, a voice that sends chills up my spine. "o-oh sorry, you really should sleep thought big man" I state before going back to the door, "goodnight big Y/I" I hear a small laugh "goodnight Tom." I turn around to go back to my room and see techno staring at me from his room, "what?" I ask going up to him, "you must really like her Tommy" he says straight to the point "well yeah duh she's family" I state "no like actually" he starts "you won't let anyone, not even dad call you Tom, trust me, we all like her." He finishes with a smile before patting me on my head and telling me to go to sleep. So I do.
