𝒲𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒 𝓌𝑒 𝒷𝑒𝑔𝒶𝓃

You smile, as with a final sigh you were done. After what felt like years of building, which was closer to 5 days, your little cabin was finished. Spruce, oak and dark oak logs gave off a light home-ish vibe with cobblestone highlights. A chimney with smoke coming out of it was like a cherry on top of the world's best ice cream sunday. 

You let out a little chuckle, a proud smile on your face. This is all you worked for, moved away from to find a snowy biome and live in a cabin. Everything was perfect.

You stood there admiring your work before you turned around and looking at the landscape around you, the sun still rising in the distance, the air filled with the coolness that just slips down your lungs, gentle snow falling to the ground. 

Yea, this is all you've ever wanted.

You kept looking before something warm and wet touched your hand, you look down to see Snowcone, your dog. You always thought a dog was quite basic and boring but it's the only animal meant to survive living at the base of a snowy mountain. Also, he was husky and it's nearly impossible to say no to his cute face.

You bend down and start petting snowcone, but you interrupted by distant laughs and screams coming your way, great. The trees rattle and sway closer and closer, as you usher your dog into the house. You sigh out as you equip your sword, not sure if they were raiders or coming to attack you. You sigh as you get into a defense stand, which quickly failed as you see him. His chocolate brown hair covering some of his eyes, light freckles on his nose and cheeks, the perfect emerald eyes, perfect enough to make you melt from just look. Soft sweat beads falling from his tan skin. 

He was followed by two guys chasing him, a tanner black hair boy, wearing a white bandanna, and a much paler boy with chocolatey brown hair and white clout glasses. Both were screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs, swing diamond swords around at the boy in front of them.

"Dreammmm come here"

"George leave me alone, just leave me alone"

"You can't run forever Dreammmm"

His name appeared to be Dream, and he was panicking. Dreams emerald eyes met yours and in a moment of panic, he raced over to you, halting dead in his traces,

"Please hide me please, before they come"

You nodded your head quickly, unable to speak, you didn't mean to, you didn't know who Dream was, or why the others were chasing him. For all you know, he could be a criminal. But his eyes looking into yours was enough to make you say yes to anything he said.

You opened the door quickly, letting him in, despite whatever your brain was trying to tell you. Closing the door harshly, the other two came after.

"Hey, you, have you seen a man with uh, brown hair, stupid smiley mask, you know"

The chocolate haired boy spoke his voice heavy with a British accent. You knew exactly who he was talking about, but you shook your head in denial.

"I haven't seen anyone around here, you two are the first  I've seen in a while"

The two let out a barely noticeable groan in response, fearing they were wasting their time

"Are you sure?  I thought i saw you talking to him for a moment..."

The ravine hair boy spoke up, trying to seem more intimidating but failed.

"Oh him? Yea he said something but it just sounded like crazy ramblings. He went that way"

You smiled and lied almost perfectly, pointing in the opposite direction of your cabin. The two looked at each other and sighed, running in the direction with no other choice than to believe you.
