I sat on the edge of the porch of the bulding trying to catch my breath.

India: mhmm maybe my moms sister...shes good with kids..my mom is gonna be at work too...no wait...tell kobes mom...maybe she will tell kobe to help out..

Audrey: okay..i do love her and she loves me

I called kobes mama.

Audrey: mama dukes
MD: hii audrey how are you doing
Audrey: fine how are you
MD: ive been better
Audrey: thats good...i have to tell you something
MD: please tell me kobe hasn't been smoking again..i told him to stop
Audrey: wait..hes been smoking ?
MD: yes constantly
Audrey: omg i didnt know..
MD: where is he ?
Audrey: idk we got into an argument..and he stormed off somewhere
MD: oh my lord

MD: well what did you have to tell me
Audrey: well the time weve been going out-
MD: wait..im sorry for interrupting but yall stopped going out..why?
Audrey: well im about to tell you
Audrey: the time we have been going out...we did the yk...and he got me pregnant..i told my mom..she was mad..then she was understanding at the end..i told kobe hoping he would be supportive..but he said he doesn't want part of it..so he said we had to break up..if i didnt abort the baby
MD: omggg im so so sorry..i taught him better than that..we had a talk about this too..
Audrey: its okay...i understand how he feels...i didnt want this either
MD: i like that you are having a baby with my son..your a great influence on him..when hes around you he smiles more..he learns more..and he cares more..but when you leave..he crys..he messes up in school and he smokes a lot..
Audrey: omg i didnt know how much he needs me...
MD: yeahh he does..please talk to him for me..and ill get him to help with the baby
Audrey: okay thanks..i love you
MD: i love you too..now talk to kobe

I stared at my hands for a while and india could tell i was sad.

India:heyy its okay...maybe kobe was going through something after all..it'll be okay just talk to him

Audrey: okayy ill try

She took me back to the room where everyone was waiting..

Derek: hey where did you go

Audrey: just in the front..wheres kobe

Vallyk: on the patio

I looked and sure enough there sat kobe...smoking....

I went out to the patio and closed the door behind me..i stared out at the sky for a little bit...

Kobe looked at me..laughed then threw whatever he was smoking off the patio.

I sat down on one of the chairs.

Kobe got up to leave but i grabbed his hand

Audrey: please stay...

Kobe: i-

Audrey: please

Kobe nodded and sat back down.

Kobe: so wassup

Audrey: i need to talk to you about something..please listen

Kobe: if its about the baby..i dont want to hear nothing about it

Audrey: but you do

I grabbed his hand and put it on my stomach..his eyes widened. He snatched his hand away.

Kobe: i dont..

Audrey: kobe i know its hard okay..for all of us..but you really need to tell someone your problems..even though it means embarassing yourself..and i know you dont want anything to do with the baby..but deep down you do..i see it in you...and when we were going out and i left everyday before i left..why didnt you say..you didnt want me to go..i could of stayed...if you really wanted me to..

Kobe: how do you-

Audrey: i know...

Kobe bit his lip.

I put my hand on his hand. He looked at me and smiled.

Audrey: please stop smoking...i know it helps you calm down..but its not good for you rn..so please stop smoking

Kobe: i cant

Audrey: please for me..

Kobe: alright

I hugged him tightly...

Kobe: i understand if you dont wanna go out...

Audrey: after what you said no..and Derek likes me..but we can build that trust back up...

I hugged him and kissed him on his cheek.

Kobe: i love you

Audrey: i love you..

Audrey: and no matter what you say..you will always be the father of my child...

Kobe: so what are we naming him or her...

Audrey: Kobe Morris Jr..for a boy..and maybe Malaysia Nicole Morris...

Kobe: okay den with your ugly ass

I laughed and we hugged again..and we both walked out from the patio...

Vallyk: so i see yall made up

India: yup cuz kobes smiling again

Derek and mike was sleeping too. India went to lay with mike..and i went to lay with kobe..so he doesn't feel no type of way..vallyk layed by derek..we really need to find vallyk a girlfriend...

I texted Mama Dukes a thumbs up and a picture of kobe laying next to me.. she put the "🥺" emojis and a lot of hearts...then she said thank you.
