Manik's P.O.V

Me and my princess were lying on the bed. We were in the bedroom attached to my cabin. I was back hugging her and smell her hairs when I remembered that she wanted to talk about something. I asked her but she she just hummed and didn't said anything. If I'm not wrong she is hesitating to say something and that's the last thing I want. I don't want my princess to hesitate from me ever. I made her look at my face. I cupped her cheek with my one hand.

"What's wrong?" I asked her seriously.

She didn't said anything. Now she is scaring me. She never behaves like this.

I hugged her tight. She just hid her face in the crook of my neck.

"Ab batao mujhe kya hua hai meri jaan ko?" I asked her lovingly.

"Mujhse ye aur handle nahi ho raha Manik." She said snuggling more into my neck.

"Kya handle nahi ho raha?" I asked her.

"All this hate which I'm receiving because of our relationship." She said and I froze.

I know what she is talking about.

"Manik you know na how our fans are fighting on social media. I thought that it will subside with time but it didn't. Manik your fans are thinking that I'm with you for fame and they have started posting negative about me. Initially I ignored it but now it's getting too much. It's affecting me now. Please do something na Manik!" By the end her voice was choking.

I tightened my grip on her.

"Heyy! Shh.. princess! Don't worry kuch nahi hoga ab. Your Manik will handle everything now. I'm sorry I didn't notice this earlier but now nobody will say anything to you okay!" I said stroking her hairs.

She looked up. Her eyes had unshed tears which were ready to flow down her cheeks. But before they could fall from her eyes I sucked them.

"What will you do?" She asked like a baby.

"Not just me, but us!" I said and she frowned.

"What?" She asked.

"We will have to arrange a press conference and announce our official statement." I said and she nodded.

"When will we keep the conference?" She asked.

"Tomorrow!" I said.

"Ab to khush ho na?" I asked.

And she smiled and hugged me.

"I love you!" She said.

"I love you too but please never be this sad okay! I just want you to be happy princess!" I said honestly.

She looked up and kissed my cheeks.

"If you're with me I can never be sad." She said and I smiled.

She again laid on me. I closed my eyes feeling the moment. She is definitely my peace.

"Manik!" She said still hugging me.
