Izuku Midoriya was just diagnosed as quirkless while his sister has a powerful quirk of telekinesis. The doctor felt sorry for Izuku seeing as his parents had basically left him there.
"Here you go" the doctor said while handing him an mp3 with some headphones. "Thank you" the young izuku said as he listened to the music on his walk home.
While he was walking home he decided to go through the underpass. "You will make a fine meat shield" the sludge like villain said "holy fuck mister you smell like a toilet" Izuku semi-yelled. Before the villain could do anything some blue like flares shot straight through him killing it. "ARE YOU OK YOUNG ONE?" The man asked as he turned back. *ahem* "sorry if I scared-" "THAT WAS AWESOME YOU WERE A DRAGON SOOOO COOOOOLLLL!!!" Izuku yelled in excitement.
The man just stood there dumbfounded then he noticed it. 'His eyes they were like mine for a split second' " boy who are your parents?" The man asked "ah Inko and Hisashi sir" he replied "ah I'm sorry young one but your wrong Inko is your mom yes but I am your father" the man said. "Really?!" Izuku said in disbelieve the man just nodded yes.
"May I prove it? All I have to do is show you my memories" the man said this as Izuku nodded yes. *shows him his time with Inko but leaves certain parts out* "so you are my dad" Izuku said feeling shocked at the revelation.
"Come I will train you in your power 5 months here is 5 years in my world oh and my name is Bahamut but call me dad" Bahamut said. "Ok dad" Izuku said with the brightest smile he could give. And with that they went to Bahamut's realm.
"So who's the little guy?" A man cloaked in fire said. "Ah Ifrít my friend this is my son" the moment he said that two women came running through barging past the two bulking men. "So cute" one said "I know unlike some people we know" the other said while they both glared at the two men.
"Oh sorry if we scared you little one my name is Shiva and my friend here is Siren" Shiva said. Then another woman and man came out one had blue and aqua like scales and the other dressed like a modern day knight. "Hello young one I am Alexander the two globs over there are brothers and this lovely woman here beside me is Leviathan" Alexander said said causing the woman to blush a little.
"Oh boss the others are out on patrol today" Alexander said while looking at Bahamut. "Ok I will wait until they are finished then we need to talk.
30mins later the others came back. "Hey boss" one said as the others bowed slightly to him. "Hello any trouble?" Bahamut asked him "Thankfully no it's officially died down now well apart from the odd one or two stragglers every so often but nothing new" the man replied.
"Ahh good then the plan for peace is working" Bahamut said. "Peace this coming from a man who in his dragon form killled a sludge villain that smelled like a toilet?" Izuku retorted causing the others to laugh a little.
"Yes and that smell waa an assault to my sense of smell" Bahamut told him. "Ok then" Izuku replied. "Giving up already kid?" A man dressed in black and red asked "well I'd argue with him about it all day but dad'll just end up crying" Izuku said. "I wondered why you looked familiar your Inko's kod aren't you?" Alexander asked.
"Unfortunately yes" Izuku answered. "What do you mean?" Bahamut asked and then Izuku told them about the visit and how he was left there to walk home. After he finished everyone could feel an immense sense of heat but it wasn't coming from Bahamut it came from Ifrít. "May I have permission to speak her?" He asked "yes but take Shiva with you tell them that his real dad has him" the two nodded and left.
"Right you will get some food then sleep for now I will introduce the rest in the morning" Bahamut said to his son who just nodded and followed Leviathan to the kitchen.
Inko's P.O.V.
We arrived home to tell Hisashi about Izumi's quirk. "I hope he likes it" Izumi said "I'm sure he'll love it" I tell her. "We're home" I say as I see my husband in our kitchen cooking food.
"Hey you lot so what quirk do you have?" He asked "a powerful telekinesis" Izumi replied "awesome and what about Izuku?" He asked looking at his wife. "He's quirkless" she replied to him.
"Oh ok and does that give you the right to-" *knock knock* "hold that thought we are not done" he said as he answered the door. "Hello may I help you?" He asked. "Ah yes we are looking for on Inko Midoriya" the woman replied. "SHIVA!!!" Inko shouted in surprise. Shiva sent an Icicle towards Inko's feet.
"YOU LEFT YOUR QUIRKLESS FOUR YEAR OLD SON TO WALK HOME ON HIS OWN WHAT THE FUCK!!!" Ifrít yelled in anger and rage. "No I did-" she then started to look around and noticed he wasn't there Hisashi then checked Izuku's room and nothing. He ran back down with tears in his eyes saying Izuku isn't there.
Then Izumi spoke up "uh mom the moment I got my quirk you picked me up and left while saying thanks to the doctor" Hisashi was pissed "where is my step-son?" He asked in pure anger. Inko could do nothing but cry then Shiva spoke up "Izuku is with his real dad they will be together in his world training his powers that are stronger than quirks. In our world that is five years but here in this one it will be five months.
Knowing there was nothing else Hisashi spoke up once more "Shiva may I see my step son?" She took her phone out and spoke to Bahamut.

Bahamut - yes Shiva?
Shiva - the boy's stepfather would like to see him would that be ok?
Bahamut - yes that's fine
Shiva - ok I will let him know bye for now
Bahamut - bye for now

"He said you can" "thank you" "come let's go now" Ifrít said as he held the two's hands and left through a portal.
Nobody's P.O.V.
After the trio arrived Izuku ran upto Hisashi but something unexpected happened "Izuku I heard you were quirkless so here" *he gave Izuku all the quirks that he had* "I'm sorry I couldn't see you be a hero" he said before dying. Siren found a letter in him "hey guys this is All For One" she told them.
"So my step-dad is the number one villain ok then" Izuku said as he ran to his room crying.
