The Kiss

Third Person POV

After a long week of class and studying Friday night finally came. Ron, Hermione and Harry were already sitting in the common room sitting around the fire talking and hanging out. After a while Blaise and Pansy finally dragged Draco out of the library and into the common room. 

"I just wanted to finish my book," complains Draco as they walk into the common room. 

"You had like a 100 pages left Dray it would have taken forever for you to finish and Blaise and I have been waiting all week for this night," Pansy replies. 

"We hangout all the time.. why is this night so special?" Draco sighs. 

"Because mate, we are hanging out with Harry and his friends tonight," Blaise says while Draco just looks at him surprised and confused. 

"Blasie! we decided not to tell him remember?"Pansy says and raises her hand up when Blaise tries to apologize. "It's too late now no need to apologize." 

"You're right.. he's going to see now anyway but whatever common Dray it won't be that bad." Blaise says and sits down next to Ron while Pansy sits next to Hermione. Draco just shakes his head and looks around to see the only spot left on the couch is next to Harry.  After sighing quietly and mumbling about how his night is ruined he sits down next to Harry. 

"Potter." Draco nods at harry. 

"Malfoy." Harry answers while looking at the fire. 

Hermione and Pansy exchange a look and realize getting Harry and Draco together might be a lot harder then they thought. Everyone sits in silence for a minute and watch Harry and Draco who are avoiding looking at each other. 

"So we are going to play Truth or Dare tonight!" Hermione says to hopefully brighten the mood. Draco and Harry both look over to Hermione and smile small. 

"Alright.." Draco says. "Maybe that won't be as bad as I thought." 

"Yes Malfoy's right," Harry says after Draco. 

"It will be a lot of fun guys so just enjoy yourselves tonight and stop calling each other by your last names it's weird, plus we are all friends here," Pansy says. 

Draco looks over to Harry and smiles, "Harry." 

"Draco," Harry says as he smiles back. He really should smile more. Harry thinks to himself and then shakes his head. No don't think about that Harry we want to avoid him.  

"So who's starting?" Asks Blaise.  

"You can just start Blaise," Ron says smiling. "You've been talking about truth or dare all week so you better already have things in mind." 

"Yes I do so don't worry," Blaise laughs. "Hermione.. truth or dare?" 

"Um.. truth," Hermione replies a little nervous. 

"Alright have you had your first kiss yet?" Blaise asks and laughs quietly when Hermione turns red. 

"Seriously Blasie?" Hermione asks and then sighs. "If you have to know yes I have, a few years ago I had my first kiss." 

"Aw that's cute mione! you'll have to tell me about it later I definitely want all the details," Pansy says excitedly. 

"I didn't even know that mione.. but I guess I never asked either," laughs Harry. 

"Well now you know Haz and I'll tell you about it later Pansy," Hermione smiles. "Ron truth or dare?" 

"I'll do truth too," replies Ron.
