Chapter 7

~ Chibs' POV ~

I've been out of jail for four months now and I've never been this happy. Daelin and Rilynn are the best things to ever happen to me. Hearing them call me daddy is something I will never get tired of. They're amazing kids and I think it's all because of Alma.

Alma, that incredibly gorgeous woman will be the death of me. Her smile lights up a room and don't get me started on her laugh. It's like an Angel gets their wings everytime she laughs. It's music to my ears.

I'm snapped out of my daydream by Jax. Sitting next to me he says "So is Alma your ol lady yet?" and I said "No." and he says "Why not. If that was me she would have been mine the night I met her." he then says "Say you don't make her your ol lady, how are you gonna feel if she starts dating and they get serious? Are you ok with another man living with your kids." looking over at him I said "This is the first time you talk about her not in a horn dog way." and he laughs and says "Don't get used to it but I would rather her be with you than some random guy off the street." and I nod and said "You think I have a chance?" and he says "Dude you got a chance four years ago and I'm sure that chance is still there. You never know unless you try." He then stands up and says "Well I have a secret meeting with Daelin and Rilynn that I can't be late to so I will talk to you later." and he starts to walk off and I shake my head and say "Not to much sugar!" and he turns around with a smirk and says "I don't know what your talking about." and turns back around and walks in the clubhouse.

I sit for a minute in thought then I get it and head to the office and once I'm inside I say "Go on a date with me." looking up shocked Alma says "When?" and I said "Now." and she goes to stand up but stops and shakes her head and says "The twins are inside. I can't just leave them here." and before I could say anything Gemma says "I will watch them. Go on y'all date and don't come back until y'all are ol lady and ol man." Alma looks at me and smiles and says "Ok. Let's go." and she gets up and goes to grab her purse but I say "Leave it I'll pay." and I grab her hand and walk her to my bike.
