Inko fell in love with the love of her life, Midoriya Hisashi. He was such a gentleman and he cared about Inko, he treasured her and made her feel like a queen. She fell in love with him and when he proposed she said yes.
They got married and then Inko found out she was pregnant with their child, she cried when she told him the news and he cried as well. Hisashi wasn't much of a crier so that meant something to Inko, she was so happy that they were going to have a family together.
Throughout the 9 months, she was pregnant Hisashi stopped his work just to take care of her, her best friend Mitsuki was also pregnant came by a lot and those months were the best in Inko's life.
Then came her pride and joy, her son, Izuku.
The day he was born was painful as well as amazing, when she held Izuku it felt like a piece she didn't know she was missing was found. Izuku was full of wonder in his big green eyes, they seemed to see the world from a different perspective.
Hisashi was overjoyed and made sure they lived comfortably, he even put up with her attitude when it came to her son, as he put it she was a mama bear.
Inko was a mama bear, the first time Izuku tripped she made sure he was alright, Hisashi laughed at her and told her he was fine.
Then Izuku started to grow up, he was one when he talked for the first time, and by two he was walking. Inko was so happy for her son, he was her little genius. Then Hisashi had to work more, he was out of the house more often and he came home really late, he still made time for his family but Inko knew she couldn't stop him, they needed the money.
By the time Izuku was three he was talking and gushing about heroes, Hisashi kept working hard and then Izuku was four.
His quirk was supposed to come in but when they went to the doctors they found out he was quirkless. It broke Inko's heart to see him so upset, she tried to cheer him up but that night she made a mistake.
Izuku was watching his favorite video again, as Inko was about to leave he spoke.
"He's still smiling mama, do you think I can be a hero too?" seeing the tears in his eyes broke Inko's damn and she started crying and apologizing. After that Izuku changed slightly, Inko did her best to help Izuku but then Hisashi left for work in America, he spent the day with Izuku and then said goodbye.
Inko did her best to raise Izuku, she even had help from Mitsuki but then, Izuku and Katsuki started to drift apart. Inko was lost. Hisashi was away and her friend was drifting from her, Inko didn't know what to do.
Then when Izuku was 8 he came out to her and said he could see spirits and gods, Inko wasn't sure what this meant but Izuku was trusting her with this information. He gathered up the courage to tell her, just a tiny bit of his life that he tried to keep hidden from her. So Inko trusted Izuku when he told her about the spirit world and the gods living among us.
Sure inko didn't understand most of what he was talking about but she was there for him. She would listen and it seemed Izuku gained life back into his eyes.
Inko swore she would be there for her child no matter what. Even if he still wants to be a hero, she would help him and support him. No matter what. Even if he has a three-headed dog as a pet. Inko would still be there for him.
----~~~----
Izuku was 4 when he was thrown into the spirit world and the world of the gods, at first he thought this was a quirk but the visit to the doctors told him it wasn't. He didn't know what this meant and whenever he tried to talk to the spirits and mythological creatures they didn't help him, they sneered at him and pushed him away, just like everyone at school.
