Vampires, they are immortal monsters that have lived before mankind was born. These creatures tend to hide within the darkness and drink blood to keep themselves alive. These creatures of the night have lived longer than our ancestors and/or our grandparents. They only know hate and despair for they show no mercy to those who fall to them. Their purpose in life was only to exist as shadows but their colony or homes have been decreasing after Amaterasu came.
Amaterasu, a monster that eats vampires and destroys them. Amaterasu always come to the Human World before New Year. That's why the Vampires joined 12 worthy vampires that have the potential to fight Amaterasu every year. The group was later called The 12 Guardians of The Night.
The 12 Guardians of The Night, have the potential to guard and protect all vampires before New Year. They are Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn. Each member is always replaced unless the previous member died during the fight.
Aquarius, The Water-Bearer, uses the body of a human but turns into a mermaid when she gets touched by water, carries an urn with her and has the power to manipulate water. Aquarius is known to be mostly a woman than a man.
Pieces,The Fish, uses the human body, is accompanied with 2 fishes and, too, manipulates water. Pieces is mostly known as a woman but sometimes a man. It depends on whoever is chosen though females are usually suggested for being entitled Pieces.
Aries, The Ram, uses the human body, has 2 horns and always carries a long spear with her. Aries is mostly a female but the previous Aries before Anastasia was a man named Albedo who is the 1st male Aries.
Taurus, The Bull, uses the body of the human, has 2 horns as well but only longer and has a large axe as his weapon. Taurus is known for mostly being a guy than girls because Taurus specializes in Melee attacks or close combat.
Gemini, The Twins, are actually two vampires that can be either both girls or boys or fraternal, if the twins are both in the same gender then one is kind and shy while one is naughty and confident. The shy one uses a staff while the confident one uses a sword. If it were a boy and a girl, the boy would use a sword while the girl uses a staff but it only depends on his/her attitude.
Cancer, the Crab, uses the body of a human and mostly uses any size of any scissors as a weapon. Cancer was once usually a female but during Albedo's days, the previous Cancer was a male.
Leo, The Lion, uses the body of a human, mostly appears with black sun glasses and uses a sword as a weapon. Leo is, of course, a male but when Albedo was alive the previous Leo was a female.
Virgo, The Maiden, uses the human body, is often wearing a maid dress or gown and uses a large harmer or mallet as a weapon. Virgo is permanently a female since Virgo means The Maiden and she's mostly the youngest among the 12 since Virgo is pure hearted requiring a female youth to do so.
Libra, The Scales, uses the human body, often wears glasses and has a pair of scales tied to both her hands' fingertips. Libra is mostly a female and looks like a belly dancer. The previous Libras were different from the present since they wear a white lab coat and their scales only appear in battle.
Scorpio, The Scorpion, uses the human body and would often wear a no-shirt outfit. Scorpio is mostly a male and uses guns as a weapon but the previous Scorpios use not just guns but also rail guns, RPG, and etc.
Sagittarius, The Archer, uses the body of a human and is always accompanied by a horse. Sagittarius uses a cross bow or a bow and arrow, he can use multiple arrows and his arrows are unlimited.
And Capricorn, The Sea-Goat, who also uses the human body and has horns as well but forms a curve and is also long, similar to Taurus, but Taurus' is longer than his. Capricorn is always a male that is a gentleman or a butler.
These 12 Guardians are the only ones who can stop Amaterasu from the destroying the world. Although, humans don't know anything about the vampires, the 12 Guardians nor Amaterasu. Before New Year, Amaterasu is declared as one of the strongest storm and humans would evacuate to a safer area, leaving The 12 Guardians to be at ease to fight Amaterasu.
But what happens if one human discovers the secret of the vampires? Will that human help the 12 Guardians? Or will just get himself/herself killed?
