The Shadow (Chishiya x Reader)

Chishiya quickly checked the dead girl's body and found a piece of paper then he went after you.

"Oi! Chotto matte!" He called out to you but you ignored him.

You were about to jump off the building but stop when you heard Kodai calling out to you.

"Excuse me!" You and Chishiya both looked at him.

"Umm, my name is Tatta Kodai, I just want to understand what's going on around here. Where did all the people in Tokyo went and... what's happening?" Kodai asked, his face shows confusion and you sigh before leaving and taking the stairs.

"Hey you, follow me." Chishiya told Kodai, reminding himself to thank him later for stopping you to jump off the building.

You rushed down the stairs, Chishiya following after you and Kodai having trouble following after Chishiya.

When you reached the ground floor, Chishiya grabbed your wrist and you slapped his hand away.

"What do you want!" You annoyingly said and Chishiya was lost of words.

For the first time in his life, he didn't know what to say or how to respond to you.

He doesn't know what was happening but there's something about you that he was interested in. Chishiya cleared his throat before deciding to speak.

"Come with me..." He trailed off and you raised an eyebrow and waited for him to continue. "We have a place where anyone is welcome. There's lots of food-"

"No thanks, I'm not interested." You cut him off and started walking away again.

Chishiya continued following you so you turned around and confront him.

"Listen here blondie-" This time, Chishiya cuts you off.

"Chishiya, the name's Chishiya." Chishiya smirked and you rolled your eyes.

"Listen here Cheese, if you don't stop following me..." From the corner of your eye, you saw a group of people coming towards where you just finished the game.

"I am sure this is where he went." One of the guy said and you widen your eyes.

"Damn it..." You cursed under your breath then you look at Chishiya and Kodai.

Chishiya looked over his shoulder to see who you were looking at and immediately memorised all the faces of the eight guys.

'I have no choice...' You thought as you removed your mask and your hood, revealing your face to the two guys in front of you.

Kodai stared at you with wide eyes while Chishiya raised an eyebrow in confusion on why you would show your face to them.

Without any warning, you walked towards Chishiya and stared into his eyes.

"Consider this a paid debt." You told him and before he can ask what you meant by that, you pulled his collar and kissed him.

Kodai's jaw dropped as he witnessed what was happening in front of him. On the other hand, Chishiya had some mixed feelings going inside of him.

He doesn't know what was happening but he was starting to like what he was feeling. He felt his heart pounding and for once in his life, he felt his body weakened.

"Could that be them?" You heard one of the guy asked and one of them chuckled.

"Are you kidding me? They're just one of those disgusting couples! The Shadow won't let himself be discovered!" The one who chuckled replied.

You glanced at them and saw one of the guy recognized you, but he kept his mouth shut and just nod at you.

Once you were sure they were gone, you parted from Chishiya and wiped your mouth. Kodai was speechless while Chishiya was still figuring out what was happening.

"Hey you, Kodai right?" You snapped Kodai out of his trance and he looked at you.

"Y-yeah?" He stuttered.

"If you tell anyone what happened today, I will find you and I will kill you." You threatened while leaving and Chishiya smiled.

'That's the same thing she told me but I'm still alive. Even though I've seen her face, she still didn't kill me.' Chishiya thought then realized something.

He turned around and stared at Kodai, then started walking away.

"W-wait for me!" Kodai ran after Chishiya and Chishiya's mouth formed a pout.

'She remembers his name but not mine? Maybe she should have kissed him instead.' Chishiya thought and tried forgetting the recent incident.

Chishiya's POV

She remembers Kodai's name but not mine!

She even called me Cheese, that's way too far from my name...

I called her too many times but she didn't even stop. Why did she stop when Kodai called her.

Not only that...

I touched my lips and remembered the way she kissed me.

She suddenly kissed me without a reason

"So frustrating!" I sat up and touched my chest.

I couldn't understand why my heart won't stop pounding whenever I think of her. Not only that, I can't get her out of my mind no matter how hard I try.

I sigh in frustration and rubbed my temple. Never in my life had experienced something like this before

"Well that's something you don't see everyday." Kuina appeared by the entrance with her arm crossed. "Let me guess, is it the girl again?"

"None of your business, just leave me alone I need some time to think." I turned away from her hoping she would leave but she didn't.

"No way I'm leaving, this is the first time I've seen another side of you and I want to know why." I felt her sat beside me.
