This focuses on some weird stuff i haven't bothered to plan out, so please just excuse it if it doesn't make sense.
Cordelia was born with runes on her. There were two on one hipbone and one on another. They spelt names. On her right, it translated to Fred W. And George W. on her left it was Blaise Z.
Cordelia has only met Blaise so far, as her parents knew who her other "soulmates" were and decided to let her figure it out for herself, as she did with Blaise.
When she's close to one of them for the first time their names tingle and her head burns up a little, needing to know of they accept the bond or not. Blaise, Fred and George also have these symptoms as they also have the marks, just with her name. And a number 2 next to it, (meaning 2 others to share her with, if that makes sense).
Cordelia made sure that her parents didn't drill the purebloods are superior into their heads.
Cordelia is reborn from another world, having remembered everything, but nothing at the same time. She remembers the information and that Harry is the BWL but she doesn't remember anyone else's names except for Draco's, when it comes to foreknowledge.
Cordelia is at the top of all of her classes with Draco being second, Hermione tried to beat them but everytime she pushed herself to much and ended up fainting from magical strain.
Cordelia made sure Draco wouldn't be as much as a git in this version as he was in the last. Making sure he doesn't insult Ron when like he does the first time around, wanting to be friends with Harry.
Cordelia is a bright and bubbly girl but hides behind a mask when she has to. She joins the death eaters as Voldemort isn't the true dark lord, Dumbeldore is. The twins, Draco, Blaise and Harry following her lead. Harry is second im charge when he's older as he is Voldemorts equal.
Cordelia made sure that Voldemort would come back as Tom this time around, and he's like an Uncle figure to her. The cool Uncle if you get what I mean.
