Chapter 4: Percy's POV

When I walked in the school everyone was already staring at me. I forgot to mention you that I am a little popular at school. Okay, very popular. I don't understand why. I was always a loser to everyone, someone you could pick on, but last year I became a captain of the swim team and everything started to change. It's not always bad but there is something annoying about it.

Every girl has started asking me out. I always say the same thing, I have a girlfriend but it's not that easy. Nobody believes me, because nobody has seem her. Everybody thinks it's just a trick to get rid of the girls. I mean everybody except for my friends.

Josh, Sam, Mandy, Izzy and Jane. Mandy is Josh's girlfriend and Izzy is Sam's girlfriend so I spend most of the time with Jane, my girl bestfriend. Yeah, she is the one I am going to kiss...

I was walking towards Jane. She was waiting​ for me by my locker like every morning. Smile evident in her hazel eyes, long black hair tied up in a ponytail. I was a little nervous because of the kiss.

"Hi, Jane," I greeted her.

I was looking around to see if somebody is looking at us. I saw our buddies standing besides the corner looking at us. It was obvious they were expecting something. They weren't very subtle about it either.

"Hey Perce, what's up with you?" she asked as her expression changed into a worried one.

"Nothing, why? What?"

"You are looking around like if somebody is going to kidnap us," she chuckled trying to lighten up the situation.

"What? Haha. No. Anyways, why weren't you at the party yesterday?"

"I can't go out for a while after we broke the window," she laughed at the memory.

"But you have to admit that it was fun," he smirked.

"Okay. Yeah, kinda."

"A lot of fun, actually."

"Hey, don't push it," she interrupted, grinning.

"But back to the party. So, we played Truth or Dare, you know the game, right? Who am I kidding everyone knows it," he started rumbling.

"Percy, where are you going with this?"

"Well, I joined the game. I know, surprising. But I chose dare andbecauseofitIhavetokissyou," I finished, maybe a little fast when I thought about it.

"What?" she asked confused, raising her eyebrows.

Gods, why couldn't she hear that?

"Josh got dare to kiss Mandy." I said the first thing that came to my mind.

Shit, they are dating it won't work.

"They are together so what's the big deal? Wait.. You didn't say this before, did you?"

I sighed. "No, I said that I have to kiss YOU because of the dare."
