We Meet Again( A SHINee Fanfic)

Chapter Two

Suddenly the music stopped. I was jerked sharply out of my daydream. The light went off and a fright spot light was shone onto me. A member of staff led me onto the stage  as Jonghyun sang a sweet song with an angelic voice.

I felt my face heat up and I froze in embarrassment and surprise.  could hear voices cheering and whistling from the exiting audience but these noises were a world away. What came clear and easy to hear were the sighs of jealousy from my best friend sitting at the front. It didn't take long for me to realize that I was being sung to my MInna's adored SHINee member who was just less than a metre away from me.

As the song ended, the blonde haired Jonghyun led me to the end of the stage as we parted, him going backstage and for me, to my seat.

As I sat down next to Minna, she started saying "Oh...my...gosh! You're so lucky! I wish it was me that Jonghyun sang to." to me then turned back to look at the stage where the five handsome guyes walked in all shiny and all had a smile on their face except him, why is that? Don't tell me, I still love him? No... I have to move on but for some reason I can't.

*After the concert*

Someone grabbed my wrist and started dragging me towards the direction of the fan signing. I turned my head to the person who was dragging me, it was MInna. She suddenly stopped when she got a message which made me stop as well. She looked at the message  then turned to me and said "My mum wants me to go back now but can you stay here and get this CD signed my the members?" She held up an Everybody album. I nodded , I couldn't just say no to my best-friend. I took the album from her and went to the back of the massive line.

I walked to the long table that the member of SHINee were sitting, signing albums for fans. I approached them and said "Can you sign this for my friend. Her name is Minna."

"That's a pretty name" Key said as he signed the album. Taemin signed it next then Onew. After Onew, Jonghyun signed it then Minho. After they signed it, I said "Thank you." and bowed to then before walking away.

I reached into my bag to get my purse but it was no were to be found . Shoot, where the hell is it. If I can't find it, I won't be able to go home. I got my phone out but it was out of battery. Can this day get any worst.

SHINee came out of a room and saw that I was having a problem and approached me.

"What's the matter?" Onew asked me.

"Oh...hmm... I kinda lost my purse and now I don't know how I'll get home." I said whilst looking down.

"Why don't we give you a ride home. I'm pretty sure that the other members won't mind." He continued and the rest of the members nodded to what he said.

"Okay..." I said as I followed the out of the building.

A we were walking Jonghyun came up to me and said "So, what's your name?"

"My name is Tris."

"Are you one of our fans, a Shawol?" Taemin said.

How should I answer this... "Hmm... no, not really. My friend dragged me to this concert, she's a big fan of yours." Everyone except one laughed along.

All the member except him talked to me during the ride to house.

"Minho, why aren't you talking to Tris?" Key question Minho.

"No, it'sfine if he-" I got interrupted by Minho saying "Hey, sorry that I haven't introduced myself properly yet. I just smiled at him.

"It's because you just remind me of someone I knew eight years ago." He continued.

Hearing that, should I be happy that he hasn't forgotten me or should I be sad that he couldn't recognize who I am. 

When I got home, no one was home so I made myself dinner which was just noddles. I then headed to my room and emptied my bag which actually had my purse in, at the bottom of the bag.

Minho's POV

Today's going to be a very busy day with having a concert later today. Manager came early this morning and told us to be at the venue of the concert by 10am.

Key was preparing breakfast whilst Onew and Taemin was watching tv. I walked into the living room and watched what ever they were watching until Key shouted that breakfast was ready which made us rush into the kitchen and ate quickly before leaving the dorm.

We did 5 hours of rehearsing before the concert started.

Just before we got our self ready, the manager gathered us in our dressing room and said "Jonghyun, will have a solo in the middle of the concert when he sings to one of the audience." with that he left the room.

"Minho,can you get me coffee?" Onew asked me.

"Why don't you go yourself."

"Because I'm busy right now."

"Fine, I'll go get you coffee." I said as I headed out the room. I'm pretty sure that there's a cafe on the other side of the street.

When I got the coffee, I ran back because I was getting late. Whiles running into the building, I bumped into someone, spilling all the coffee onto their t-shirt. "What the hell!" She said. Wait, it can't be Tris?! No, it can't be her, why would she  be here? "S-sorry...I'm really sorry." I said as I looked at my watch to see that I was super late. Seconds later I heard her say "It's fine..." Then she walked off.

When I got back to the dressing room,  Key got annoyed with me and started lecturing me. I gave Onew his coffee and went to get ready.

In the middle of the concert the music stopped and Jonghyun sang a song to a girl, the girl that really looks like Tris. As he sang to her, my heart feelt like it's ripped into pieces. Am I jealous? She can't be the Tris that I know.

*Flashback*

8 years ago...

I opened my locker and a note fell out. It said "Minho, I have to give you something after school. Meet me at our usual place. Tris." I tuck the nite into my pocket and walked tk class but somehow, the note fell out of my pocket.

When the bell rang signaling that it was tbe end of the day, people rushed out the classroom but I stayed in my seat waiting for Tris.

The door opened to reveal Nicole, in the shortest miniskirt I've ever seen, coming towards me.  She didn't say anything but just flicked her black hair around.  She suddenly said "Why do you love her, why not me?"

My brain froze.

Without hesitation, she kissed me but for some reason I didn't push her away.

Without knowing, Tris apeared by the door whilst Nicole was still kissing me. Wait  why am I still kissing Nicole?!

I ran to catch up with Tris but something caught my attention. A box of homemade chocolate on the floor. Tris must have dropped it when she saw me and Nicole kissing.  Immediately I felt full of remorse and shame. I ran out into the corridor, waving the box of Valentaine's Day chocolate and screaming at the top of my voice: "It's not what it seems!" I lost sight of Tris in the crowd and sat down on the hard cold floor to cry? Wait, boys don't cry. Nope that's not true, I thought as I felt salty tears streaming down my face like droplets of rain on a window. That was my Valentaine's Day.

*End of Flashback*
