I'm so sorry I said I would do the family calling but... I was reading and saw this so I thought might as well do it for them.
It's pretty simple. Think of the LOV as a family just getting by in life. While still fighting pro's.
They can't take care of themselves for NOTHING so when Izuku didn't make it into UA. Shigaraki found him and give him a life. Izuku just had to help around the bar.
Izuku would still often go and see his mother but he said that his "school" had dorms.
Izuku was trained by Toga. Izuku stayed out of the whole villain thing but would sometimes.
One of the reasons Izuku is a mom to them is because when anyone of them have some kind of mental health problem his there to help them.
