Dream had decided to play a hardcore round, in VR.
So when he died, he(Was extremely pissed off at that Skelton) didn't expect he'd die in real life too.
He wasn't sure what caused him to die in real life, the last thing he remembered was pressing the respawn, which, thinking back at, was strange. Hardcore usually didn't have a respawn.
But here he was, dead. And he was handling it like the pro he was;
"OH MY GOD! HOW DID- WHY- WHAT.THE.FU-"
See, like a pro.
A Minecraft speed runner pro.
Dream didn't think he could feel anything anymore.
It was like his emotions were missing, it wasn't unfamiliar, but in the past he'd done it willingly.
Now he was forced here, alone, and without feeling.
His brain logically scolded him that he should be feeling scared, sad, confused, heck, any emotion at all.
But it barely registered, like his mind was separating. His conscious drifting farther and farther.
Dream didn't know when he had fell asleep, but his first thought after waking up was; I'm going to kill that skeleton.
Then he registered the hard ground under him, small pebbles digging into his back. But they felt normal, like he'd been laying her for a while.
And his second thought was; Was that a really messed up dream? If so, I'm still killing that skeleton.
Dream sat up slowly, his whole body felt wrong. Like he was sick. The smell hit him like a nuke, it was awful, trash, death, and waste all in one. Get it now at Chile's.
He looked around, he was on a rooftop, a dirty rooftop. The half moon shown above his head in the cloudy, starless night.
Welp. He's not in Florida anymore.
Dream thinks he just woke up in a nightmare.
