Having that talk with Durk made me feel better but we honestly haven't spoken much these past couple weeks

I've just been trying to find peace and focus on all the assignments I'm turning in late

The semester just recently ended but there's a bunch of deadlines I haven't met

Before all the nonsense I was considering real estate and/or law school so a lot of my energy has been going back into that

I've even received a lot of deals to post on Instagram...almost $10,000 a post so that's been treating me well...

Today I have my first doctors appointment to check up on my baby

I decided to keep him or her whether Durk will be around or not

I laid down and made this baby so I'm going to lay down and have my baby

I honestly feel like we are already growing a connection and it's the best feeling in the world

I walked in the doctors office and there wasn't many people here which I was excited about

I checked in and gave my insurance information and before I could even sit down I was called back

"Hi I'm Dr. Ramsey, nice to meet you Aurora" she said shaking my hand

"Likewise" I replied

"So I'm sure you're excited to be a new mom, congratulations!"

"It was very unexpected but I hope to be the best mother to my baby because I grew up without one"

"I'm sorry to hear that but I'm sure you will! Let's get started by taking your vitals ..."

The appointment flew by and my next one is in two weeks

I'm officially 1 month pregnant so 8 more to go

As I was leaving the office I got a text from Von asking where I was at
