"Mommy look! I've got a star from teacher Han" I happily informed my mom who's laying on bed

"Oh, my dear, good job!" She said with a cough but smiled afterwards

"Mommy, when will i meet daddy?" I ask her as i stand beside her bed and hold her hand. It was cold. I saw how she smile sadly at me and that gave me instant heartache. She signaled me to lean near and so i did then she gave me a warm, tight, mother-like embrace

"My dear, can you get mommy a glass of water?" She asked so i smiled with a nod before i let go of her and ran down stairs

I walk to the kitchen and poured a water on a glass and then a maid came to my way running

"Lisa, dear.. your mother" i unconciously let go of the glass that made it shatter on the floor. Without wasting no time, i ran upstairs to my mommy's room

"Mommy!!" I called as i bang the door open. I saw my mommy on her bed, eyes closed while the maids straighten her body

"W-what happened to my mommy?" I asked slowly walking beside her bed

"Mommy? Are you sleeping?" I asked and i felt myself on the verge of crying for unknown reason

"M-mommy?" I stammered and held her hand, it was colder. I shook her body gently while calling her

"Mom-..my" i felt a hand on my shoulder

"Lisa, your mommy is gone" i shook my head as i hug my mommy and cried

"M-mommy please wake up! Mommy p-please" i sob then tighten my hug

"M-mommy!" I called out so loud

"L-lisa, come here dear. Let's play, hmm? Come" my butler said and tried pulling me away from mommy

"NOOOO! Mommy! Wake up please!!" I beg as i try to pry his hand but my tiny hands is just too weak

I shouldn't left her, now she's gone! It's all my fault!

"Grandpa, n-no. I won't leave you here, they might caught you!" I whispered yelled at my grandfather

"I'll be fine my gem, you go and look for help" he replied and hug me tight

"Go my dear" he said then push me, he signal me to run and i nodded

"I love you my gem" he mouthed while i ran through the woods. I only ran few meters from him then i heard some voices so i quickly hid on the bush

"There he is" i heard one of the guys who's chasing us said. My heart beat on an irregular rhythm as i took a peek of my grandfather. They're beating him while he was looking at the bush i hid in, he smiled so dearly at me. He was hurt but he still manage to smile at me. He smiled as if it's the last time...

And it is. One of the men pulled a gun and shot my grandpa. He wasn't able to defend himself. I wasn't able to protect him..

I shouldn't left him, i should've stayed and defend him...
