MS's debut was not at all a dream debut but it was like a nightmare for him.He got out for a duck on debut and in rest of the matches he got single digits.
He was damn sure that he will be not picked for next series.But to his surprise he got picked for the next series against Pakistan.

He was in his room when he got the news that he is going to play next series. He was so confused on how to react because eventhough he is happy that he got one more chance,he was nervous about his game,what if he fails again.And most important he was confused why they picked him even after such terrible performance of him.

Mahi:Is this for real!!???? Are those selectors dumb???

When he is thinking about how he got picked up he got a call .

Mahi:Who is calling me.....Dada?

Mahi:Hello dada!!! Youknowigotpickedupfornextseriesandimsuperconfusedhowtheypickedmeoutofallhowisthispossible!!

Dada:What are you talking,I cant understand. Wait is this some new rap song ?! And when did you start listening to rap ?!

Mahi:Dada I'm not rapping!!!!I'm talking to you!!!

Dada:What?! Ok first of all calm down and do breath in and breath out .

Dada:Good.Now repeat what you said before clearly giving some space.

Mahi : I was telling you that i got picked up for next series and im super confused how they picked me out of all,I mean how is this possible!!

Dada:Why is it not possible?You are capable player.

Mahi:Dada tell the truth ,it was you right who made this possible .Because i know the selectors will definitely say no to me.It was you right?!

Dada:Yes mahi it was me and Jammy too.

Mahi:But why ?

Dada:Because we know your talent and we trust you.Now dont thinking too much and be prepared for next series.You should show the world what you are.

Mahi:Ok dada. I'll give my best on next series I'll prove it!!

After few days,

It was 1st odi vs pak,and he again got out for a small number.He was so upset that it was clearly seen on his face.

Dada:Mahi...

Mahi:Dada I'm sorry I again failed.I didn't...

Dada:Its ok mahi.....dont give up so easily just think that this as your learning.
Now go .

In dining room Mahi was sitting alone and thinking something so deeply.

Yuvi:Oye!!!

Mahi: Haan?

Yuvi:What are you think?

Mahi:Nothing.

Yuvi: Abey bolna

Mahi:About my performance in previous matches.

Yuvi:What's their in that to think......its was disaster.......so its waste of time to think about it.

Mahi:I know .

Yuvi:What you know?

Mahi:That I failed!

Yuvi:I told before international is different but no why will you listen to me and it's not so hard if you do it properly.

Mahi:Please stop it!! I know I failed and ibdont want your lecture ok? And you can say all this easily because you didn't face what I'm facing now.You did well on your debut and in a small time you became key player and also superstar.You just dont talk to me please go!!

Yuvi:Hmm.Finished talking nonsense?

Mahi :What..

Yuvi:What!! I dont understand why dada trust a fool like you !! Are you really in dada's team???Tell me one thing do you ever listened to dada seriously?

Mahi:Ofcourse!!

Yuvi:No ,you didn't because if you have really listened to dada you would have not given up this easily!

Yuvi:Mahi......just trust yourself. Listen to me just close your eyes and remember all the mistakes you did in previous matches and work on those areas.Also play your next match as if it's your last and give your best. And most important dont hurry.Ok?

Mahi :He called me Mahi and friend!?AND HE GAVE ME A HUG!?? What's wrong with him!!! Ok whatever let's concentrate on next match.
