The pair as they walked down the street, hand in hand, looked quite odd. On one hand was Jisung who was wearing ripped blue jeans and a black misfits' t-shirt. His hair was raven black with a streak of blue in it. Holding His hand was Chenle, who was wearing a very old-fashioned ruffled milky tee and brown trousers, that went down to Him ankle's and He had Him hair down in a mullet. Classic.
A close observer would notice that the boy in the old-fashioned attire looked just a bit nervous, but on this Saturday morning, most people simply paid attention to how they were dressed. It was only a few blocks to the farmers market so Jisung and Chenle were holding hands and leisurely strolling down the sidewalk. The Korean rebel had on His face what He called His happy smirk. Those that truly knew Him would know that meant He was very happy and content. Jisung also had His annoyed smirk, bored smirk, and angry smirk. But today, He was more than happy.
Chenle was also pleased but nervous, being out in the open about His preference for men was very frightening. He kept expecting people to point or do something, but his lover assured Him everything was fine. So He pushed His fears down and decided to have some faith in the man He loved. Much to Him pleasant surprise, nobody said anything. But He did notices some rather odd looks, which made Him a bit more nervous.
"They're looking at us, Ji," The mentioned boy paused and turned to Him, "I'm wearing modern clothes and you're wearing rather vintage clothes. The fact that we're holding hands doesn't matter." The Victorian boy frowned, "I like it. A proper nobleman should always wear nice attire when out in public. My mother always told me that."
Jisung did think the apparel was horribly outdated but decided not to say anything about it. Instead, He said what He felt. "You look beautiful," He said with a quick kiss. Chenle looked a bit shocked, "Kissing in public? That's scandalous." The Korean rebel's smirk widened and He pulled Chenle into a close embrace, "Lesson one; People can kiss in public, show affection and love for each other."
Before Chenle knew it, Jisung pressed His lips against his and initiated a deep passionate touch. The Latin-American Chinese felt His whole body heat up as Jisung ever so slowly pressed His tongue into His mouth where He happily greeted it with his. Chenle found Himself quickly lost in the blissful kiss.
Chenle looked a bit dazed when Jisung broke the kiss and took His hand, "Look around, is anyone really paying attention to us?" He quickly looked around and noticed that other than a quick glance, none of the few people on the street paid any attention to it. That amazed Chenle and made Him quite happy.
"I don't have to hide, I don't have to hide my feelings. I can be— what did you call it?" Chenle asked, suddenly very excited.
"Homosexual," smiling sheepishly, answered Jisung as they continued to walk. "I am Homosexual and I prefer the company of men!" Chenle squealed with a look of pride and happiness.
But the Korean rebel narrowed His eyes, looking just a bit annoyed, and cleared His throat. "Ah-uh... correction, you are homosexual and you prefer the company of Jisung Park. When you say the company of men, that implies other men." He then moved His face to within an inch of Chenle's, "There will be no other men, I don't share."
The Victorian boy quickly giggled, finding Jisung's jealous streak rather endearing. "I am a homosexual and I prefer the company of Jisung Park who is also a homo." He then frowned mockingly and poked Jisung in the chest, "And no other men for you. You're my man and don't you forget it." Jisung's happy smirk appeared once again, "Not on your life."
The pair continued onto the farmers market where they walked and picked up a few things for a pasta-salad that the Korean-American planned to make that evening.
Chenle just looked at the different people and just beamed by the fact that He could openly be apart of the lgbt community. He did get a few strange looks as He did realize His apparel was very old fashioned and rather formal, but He paid that no mind. However, as they were about to leave the farmers market. A small boy, no more than five, who was standing near a fruit stand looked up at Chenle and pointed. "He dress funny,"
