4. Bunk

"What?" I asked as he ran towards me.

"What do you mean by what? Look at you. Are you mad?" He said, worried.

"Hey it's totally okay. Just look at these, it looks so cool." I said pointing at them.

"You're seriously crazy." He said. He brought a first aid kit.

"I don't need this." I protested but he glared at me and I kept quiet.

He applied the ointment and laid on his bed. I laid beside him.

"What?" He asked.

"Nothing. I am just bored."

"So go back to your room." He said.

"Why are you avoiding me?" I finally asked.

He looked at me but then looked away.

"I am not avoiding you." He answered.

"As if I cannot see. Don't lie."

"I don't know. You're just being so weird like around me and Rosh." He answered.

Again this stupid rosh!

"I am saying this for the last time. Don't call her Rosh in front of me."

"Why do you hate her so much?" He asked.

"You won't believe me. So just others, what a slut she is. I don't like giving titles to others but she is one. I know she likes you and you know that too. So just ask others." I breathed out.

"What? She likes me?" He said shocked.

"You guys are brainless. Hence proven."

"Ay stop, fine. I believe you." He replied.

I gave him a smile and he smiled back. Finally he believed something said by me.

"I guess I am done with this 'Rosh' mission. Gotta go." I chuckled and left.

Time skips

Next day, I sat in the canteen waiting for Sid. We decided to bunk this class together.

He was coming towards me when a girl stopped him by. What the actual fuck. How dare she!

I got up from my seat and went towards them. I slapped her and pushed her away.

"Stay away." I warned and held Sid's hand. He was looking at me shocked.

"What was that for?" He asked.

"For being daring to come closer to you." I said as we both sat on our seats.

"We were just talking." He said.

"You're not allowed to talk to other girls. Got it?"

"Nope! You can't order me." He protested.

"Just obey as I said or watch the consequences." I smiled.

He rolled his eyes.

"Where do you wanna go?" I asked.

"Aren't we here?" He said.

"I am bored here. Let's go out and watch some movie." I suggested and he nodded.

While going out, my beloved rosh came in our way. I just passed her taking Sid's hand. And thankfully he ignored her too.

As soon as we reached the movie hall, a girl came to Sid. Why are these testing my patience?!

"Hey hottie!" The girl said, seductively.

I was about to rip her head off when Sid held my hand and gave me an assuring look. I stepped back and clenched my fists to calm myself out.

She talked shit for about 10 minutes making my ass burn continuously.

"Why were you talking to her? I told you that you're not allowed."

"Relax Avneet. I am not gonna meet her again. It was just one time." He said and I rolled my eyes.

We went inside the hall and made our way to our seats. The movie was horror, or it said like that. But I didn't really find it horror. I looked at Sid who looked pretty terrified.

"Hey!" I said clutching on his hand.

"I- I am fine." He stuttered. Oh definitely.

"You don't have to be cool. Idiot"

He rolled his eyes and sat straight still trying to look all okay. Trying is the keyword.

The movie was over and we went out.

"Well the movie wasn't so scary." Sid said. I looked at him and rolled my eyes.

"McD?"

"Yeah"

We went to the nearby McD and found the same flirty girl. I looked at Sid and showed him eyes.

"What? I didn't know that she is gonna be here too." He said.

"Then why did you talk to her?" I asked.

"Okay sorry. I am not gonna talk to her now. Fine?" He said and I glared at him.

And as expected, the girl came running.

"Hey we met at the movie hall right?" She said, excitedly.

"No wrong! Get lost!" I groaned.

"Who are you?" She asked.

"None of your concern. Just take your ass off here." I groaned.

She ignored me and held his hand. He tried to jerk his hand, I could see but that girl had her grip tight.

"Sid you go back to college. I will bring you food." I said.

"No it's okay. We can eat at the canteen." He said.

"No I hate their food. Atleast in comparison to McD." I said and he nodded.

I held the girl's hand and dug my nails in it. She left Sid's hand due to the pain. And I smiled.

"See ya Sid." I smiled and he left, smiling.
