It was a quiet morning in the castle. Normally you would at least hear the servants walking, so this was new to Sam. She never really got used to living in a castle since it's been forced upon her. Walking down the main hallway she saw her favourite servant, though she would never call her a servant, to Sam it was her best friend, and also her only friend. She never really learned to trust people. She had been mistreated a lot. But Sam would never complain about her life, it's just the card she had been dealt.

As she was walking over to Marry, she had a big smile plastered on her face. '' Marry Marry, guess what!'' '' What is it this time Sam?'' Mary said with a smile on her face. ''Ok so I've been thinking th-'' Mary cut her off. '' You've been thinking, that can never be good.'' Sam looked over to her with a fake offended look and scoffed. ''How dare you speak to me like that, we both know I'm the brains in this friendship.'' Sam said as she softly hit her in the arm. '' So, as I was saying, '' she said, glaring over to her friend '' I thought it would be a good idea to go to the lake and spend some time together. You know, away for this god-awful place.'' '' Sam, you know that's against the king's wishes, you're deemed to say in the castle, and you're prohibited of leaving. If they find out we're gone, I'm going to be beheaded and I really don't feel like that right know, you know.'' she said sheepishly smiling at her friend. '' Yea yea, I know, king wants this, king wants that'' she said moving her hand as if it was talking. ''why can't he just let me so something fun. Marry please just at least let me go to the garden.'' She said making a pouty face. '' Technically I guess it's still castle grounds. '' she said, looking a bit concerned. '' Sam, I don't think this is a good idea. But sure, if you take the full blame though.'' Sam's smile grew even bigger '' thank you, thank you thank you! Let's go now.'' '' No Sam it's still too early, and I have things to do in the castle'' but it was too late, Sam had already grabbed Marry's hand and was now running through the halls. '' You can do those things later, it's time for fun now, come on slow poke!''

-time skip to in the garden-

I was walking with Marry around to the place in the big green house. 'I really love that place, it's my favourite, it's just so relaxing in there' she thought to herself. It's been a peaceful day for Sam, normally she'd have to deal with the king. She never really liked him, and regrets coming out of bed the day she met him. Maybe if she would have just stayed in bed she wouldn't be here now. She wouldn't have to deal with his annoying royal ass. She was so gathered in her thoughts she didn't even realize that she had arrived at her destination. Marry walked over to her and waved her hand In front of Sam's face.'' Earth to Sam. Helloooo.. Sam, you there? '' ''What. Oh, hi Marry it's nice to see you again. Look I brought some Snacks. '' she handed the basked to Marry and smiled '' You ok Sam? You looked to be very deep in your thoughts and that's never good.'' She said, bumping into Sam with her hip. '' I'm fine Marry, I was just thinking about the king and his stupid rules, I mean he can't just force me to be in love with him, he just keeps on talking and talking, it just gets annoying. The first time I even laid my eyes in him I thought he was an ass. ''What was that you said about me Sam'' The color drained out of Sam's face as she turned around and saw face to face with the King.
