Ok so this one is very much based on the tweet above.
Ok so Wilbur made L'manburg for Tommy, he made L'manburg so his little brother could remember him, if and when he died.
And Ghostbur's unfinished business wasn't exactly his business he stayed around to watch Tommy succeed and so he could keep Tommy happy.

I don't know if that makes sense but I thought it was cute—
