So every remember when Tommy said that he was made it a lab?? And when asked who his father was he said that "he raised himself"? Anyone's remember that??
What if it wasn't a joke? It would work, Tommy's never been seen in a tales based in the past, but the only one he's in is based in the future? As if he never existed in the past to begin with. As if he only exists in the present and the future. Maybe that's why the egg doesn't like him, why it can't control him: because he's new. There is no past version of Tommy, no blood line, just Tommy. And whatever version of him will come in the future. :]
