You were working for hydra just like Wanda and Pietro but you decided that,that wasn't for you and decided to work for S.H.I.EL.D and you guys just hit it off one day.

Tony hired you to help with the science stuff and you were working with Bruce and one day you just decided that you wanted a new friend so you started a conversation and you got to know each other.
Wanda:
You were working for the shield and you helped destroy ultron and she realised that you helped her escape a life that was messed up and she came in your room and started talking to you.
Pietro:
You were on a run and he ran into you literally and you sprung your ankle so he helped you to a bench and wouldn't stop saying sorry and we just started talking.

You went to get him doing the fact that Loki was trying to take over the world so they told you to get him so you guys were talking the whole ride there.

I was walking around the tower and bumped into Vision and he started doing these weird complements but I didn't mind so we talked and talked until it was night time.

You were jogging with Steve and he came up and started jogging with us I think he knew Steve but he kept flirting with me Steve kept over lapping us until he got called and me and Sam kept talking we sat down and talked.

You were the doctor that checked his legs during civil war and he kept talking to you but you kept the conversation funny and true all facts no cap and you got to know each other and that's what went on.
Fury:
You were hired to be part of shield and he never saw you until he needed you and after the task you guys sat down and talked and talked.
