The next few days we practiced and trained,everyone that could fight trained for what's to come .The kids continued learning about their heritage ,the language and they ancient powers .there's a lot of us ,I hope it's enough to fight them off .I know I'm only 5 years old but our people we learn very quickly we are smart people .some might think we are Narcissistic ,we are not thou we are selfless.
We are taught to be open minded and to protect those who can not protect themselves, to teach when necessary and to guide when put on the wrong path and never underestimate your opponent .my name skylyra grey not many know me but have heard of me. I am a Royal with powers one of the five elementals. Our people are known for being strong and fast . We have civilians that go about a normal life the workers . Then you have the soldiers they protect the civilians the civilians are not that strong or fast which is why they need protection.we also have Warriors they stronger and faster than a soldier,they work along the elementals known as they partners. Then you get the guardians they protect,help and guide the elementals with everything they need to know or do in life .the nation is run by five sisters known as the Queens of Topia thier daughters will be the next Queens .that's me Skylyra grey, Scarlett rosa , Amethyst lilac,Jade sapphire and Amrin ivy. My Cousin's by blood sisters by choice . After a nice long day I went to go see my Grandmother in the cottage near the waterfall

Once I got there I walked in the house and said "hello Grandmother ,how has your day been".she said "oh darling it's been wonderful my dear ,how has things been going back at the house ,you shouldn't have came by yourself with all the chaos that's been happening. It isn't safe these days ,you should be careful." I said "I'm always careful Grandma I just came to check up on you " she said" oh baby you know you don't have to ,I may be old but not that old" we both laughed "hahaha ... I can still move around I'm not immobile ." And I said "I understand granny ,can I have a cookie 🍪?" She said "yes darling have some milk 🥛 with it". Yeah!!!... Thank you granny ,that was delicious I better go before it gets to late take care ,I love you bye! .on my way back home I went pass the waterfall it's so beautiful

I got home in record time ,I said hello to everyone and was told to go get ready for dinner and wash my hands . Once I was done I met my family and we said a prayer and ate while we was eating we all catched up on what we did today and talked and our dads made jokes .it was hilarious we also had dessert 🍰. When the conversation started getting serious we was told to go get ready for bed and we did . I waited up for my parents to come and say goodnight when they did they told me a story and told me they love me  so  much and wished me goodnight and sweet dreams. Little did I know that would be the last time I'll see them . "Skylyra Skylyra!!! Wake up!! Wake up!!! "I heard my mother frantic voice. I woke up to my mother telling me we need to go and that we are under attack . We rushed downstairs where I met the rest of my family my dad said he loved me and that he needs to go help his people he hugged me and said goodbye one last time and rushed out I saw my cousins and my aunt's and our mothers told us to follow them and we did. We ran out back through the passage of the secret tunnel . Before we could leave the tunnel my mum said that she cannot come with and that I should be strong and to take care of myself and always remember who I am and where I come from I started crying and telling her I don't want to go she gave me a bag and a neglace told me to go with my cousins and that our guardians will be waiting and to follow the Path and that she loves me and gave me a hug and one last kiss on the cheek and left  I told her I love her out loud and then I followed my cousins we ran as fast as we could into the woods I looked back and all I could see was a  horrified sight fire and smoke ,people fighting and blood everywhere what once was a beautiful place is not anymore .we continued the path and met our guardians we was put on back of the horse while my guardian rode it through the woods and pass the shield and into a portal to a different dimension. leaving my life and family behind. On that day I made a promise to grow up to be the women they would want me to be and to never forget who I am .
