you get up in shock but your whole body is shaking, not on the outside but you can feel it, the fear is taking over you but you don't get a flight or flight response because he's already here, it's not like you can just run away, you look around to see Levi isn't anywhere close ... you have to go in this alone.

you follow the commander outside and into his office, there you see your dad, he looks just as wrecked and horrible as before, a scruffy beard filled with crumbs and alcohol and a smile, a smile you haven't seen in a while, but yet again his clothes looked new and he looked like he was taking care of himself .l

dad- hey honey, it's me

he rushes in to hug you but you stop him by just placing a hand on his chest and pushing him away, he wasn't overweight but he wasn't skinny so he looked like a quite average man to be completely honest.

you said in a quiet trembling voice, and your dad backs away, by this time the commander was still present, and not letting your dad out of his sight, he knew something was off.

dad- well my dear I've come to take you home, I heard you dropped out of med school and your friend told me you joined the cadets

dad- oh come on honey, I am better now, and you didn't think you'd be able to play superhero forever

Erwin- your child sir is one of the best cadets we have here taken her away would be a mistake
your dad sighs and looks at the commander giving him a displeased look.

it was Levi, he must have come in at some point but you had been to busy having a nervous breakdown and trying to play it cool n front of the commander

Levi joins you on the floor and lifts your head to face him with one finger under your chin.
