Kate had light brown hair, it wasn't long but it had a majestic feel. Her eyes were blue, sea blue like the ocean. She wore nothing special. She was built averagely, not fat, but not quite skinny.
She wore a smile everyday, though she had few friends she always smiled. Was she well off? No, but she was always happy with what she had. So on that cold Valentines Day did she pout that she was dateless? No. She went to college and went through her day.
," I heard it was the very devil," she heard her friend whisper ," The very embodiment of evil,"
Kate, evermore curious, went up to her friend Jay and asked," What's the very embodiment of evil?,"
Her friend flipped her blonde hair and looked straight at Kate with an intense but excited stare.
," A doll! People say that it can move and talk! It's for sale, again!," she practically screamed.
Kate smiled at the thought, a cute little doll to keep her company. She chuckled at the very thought of the doll jumping up and offering to make her some tea.
," Let me see this 'satanic doll'," she said using air quotations, face contorted into a large, joking smile.
Jay carefully showed her the doll on her phone, slowly as if it was a bomb with the possibility to blow up in her face.
," Creepy huh?," she said her phone finally pointing towards Kate," Almost life-like!,"
The doll had flowing long black hair. It's green eyes resembled that of an emerald, and seemed as if it could peer into your very soul. It was a skinny doll, Kate estimated she could put her fingers around the dolls waist. It's outfit was a blue Victorian style dress with a blue bow. It had a white bottom of a similar ruffle formation. It's skin pale and gorgeous. She wouldn't mind if this doll came to life.
," This doll!," she exclaimed," It's beautiful...,"
She smiled wider at the thought of having this doll. Quickly, she grabbed out her phone an quickly bought it.
She sighed, leaving her friend confused as to what happened.
