(Nagito POV)

Waking up, I looked at the clock. Who am I kidding, I don't even work. I was snapped out of my little bubble when I heard Izuru talk to me.

"You slept in a while, didn't you?"

I laughed a little. It was 10 in the morning, so I guess I did!

"Hey, you can't blame me, I was up late playing with your hair because you wouldn't let me stop!"

Izuru laughed a little. "True... Anyway, I'm bored here, want to go get a snack?"

"Sure." I hopped out of bed and changed into a pair of jeans, a white shirt, and my favorite green hoodie. When we walked out, I saw Maki with the Nagisa, Kotoko, Masaru, and Jotaro.

"Hey, Maki, where's Monaca? Because God forbid she gets left alone..."

"Oh, Rantaro and Korekiyo took her on a trip. I think they went to some abandoned buildings Kiyo found." She replied. That's our Maki, a babysitter by day, but a dangerous assassin by night. I can't help but admire her. The Warriors are a handful.

Kirumi was in the kitchen, making some food. "Hey, mom!"

She looked back at me and smiled. "Oh, Nagito, you're awake! I made you breakfast. Same for you Izuru." She gestured to the table, where two plates of food sat. "Wow, Kirumi, you didn't have to do all of this for us," Izuru replied as we both sat down.

"No, You deserve it. Both of you are worth any trouble that I'm caused!" Kirumi always makes all of us feel better. When we finished, Izuru and I went on a walk. We didn't mind the noise of the city. We were still talking and we just didn't have a care in the world. I heard two even more familiar voices though.

"Nagito? Izuru?" Chiaki and Hajime ran up to us. Chiaki had a GameStop bag in her hand, and Hajime had a bag behind his back. I was first to point it out.

"Hey, Hajime, what's in the bag?" Even Chiaki seemed to not have noticed it. He was a little surprised, but replied. "It's a surprise, you'll see when we get home."

Izuru replied with, "Then why wait? Lets head home."

We all began the walk home and when we got there, it was already noon. Everyone had gotten home by now. Kirumi was making us all lunch, and Rantaro was desperately trying to get a box of matches from Monaca.

Every kid was adopted by a different set of parents. Of course, Rantaro and Korekiyo adopted Monaca, which makes sense, because I don't know if anyone besides those two could deal with her. Miu and Kiibo adopted Monotaro, Tsumugi and Gonta adopted Nagisa, Mukuro and Sayaka adopted Kotoko, Chihiro and Leon adopted Jotaro, and Shuichi and Kokichi adopted Masaru. Monokuma and Monomi kept the rest of the monocubs.

Kirumi brought some sandwiches out for lunch. Kokichi and Masaru, right on cue, yelled "Thanks mom!" while Shuichi facepalmed. Izuru and I laughed, but Hajime looked at us with a face that said 'Don't encourage him!' After lunch, things went back to their normal chaos. Rantaro and Ryoma started an intense match of Ping-Pong. We all walked to our room, and Hajime dropped the bag on his bed.

"Ok, I figured, since we're all, y'know, together, I got us all something. I think everyone will like it a lot!" He tossed us all a nicely wrapped box, and when we opened our respective box, it held a four-way locket. Mine looked like a four-leaf clover, which makes sense for my talent, and when I opened it, there was a message on one leaf, and a photo of Izuru, Hajime, and Chiaki. The message read, "Thank you for being our hope!" With a green heart. We all read ours out loud. Chiaki's said "Thanks for being our player two!" With a pink heart. and Izuru's said "Thanks for being a part of us!" With a red heart. Chiaki's looked like a set of Joy-Cons, and Izuru's looked like a book. I tackle-hugged Hajime onto his bed. "Hajime, thank you so much!" Hajime ruffled my hair and smiled. "No problem! Anything for you guys!" We hung out in our room and played Rocket League until dinner.

For dinner we went out to a buffet. It was a good time, especially because we played Cards Against Humanity. Once we got home, we all got ready for bed, and that was the end of that day. Hajime begged me to sing for him, and I agreed. He says I'm a great singer, but I'm not sure. The whole time I was thinking about today. I wish they didn't all have to work. Izuru goes to work with Hajime, so I'll be left with a small group of people. I'll be with Chiaki, Maki, Kaito, Rantaro, Korekiyo, and Kirumi. Luckily, we all get along. Rantaro and Korekiyo have the best stories, and Maki saves me from the Warriors. Kaito's chill and fun, and Chiaki teaches me how to play video games. Tsumugi will be home too, but she's homeschooling Nagisa. In a way, I'm exited for tomorrow.
