As we got back to my house I parked my bike inside the garage, turned of as we got off and made our way to the front door I am happy to be hanging out with Monica again since I had to leave. I open the door to the living room and we walk in I put my and stuff on the couch as I was going to get started with my homework soon and walk Into the kitchen.

Monica: wow It's amazing to know that this place has not been abandoned anymore.

Ash: yeah the mayor said that ever since My....Mum's death no one wanted to live here with the rumor that this place was haunted by my mothers ghost * swallows the lump in his throat* It's hard... not to think... about her you know.

I couldn't help but think of that night, the night that mum died I just felt so scared that I couldn't do anything and she was felling better at that time too, just then I felt a hand on my shoulder and I turn to see Monica with sympathetic look on her face.

Monica: hey You did your best to help her, you didn't know about those guys you shouldn't blame yourself for her death she would want you to live on with the best life you can live.

Ash: yeah your right

I look into Monica's brown eye's as she was staring into my brown eyes, for some reason my heart was pounding in my chest as I felt calm and relaxed when she's with me It's nice for some reason me and start to move in closer to each other as my heart continue to beat faster as my lips are inching closer to Monica's.

But then the house phone starts to ring as I hear it and moved away from Monica and went to pick up the phone while I'm sort of blushing red for some reason.

Ash: *pick up the phone* hello?

Fred: Hey Ash sorry If I'm interrupting something you're doing but I wanted to know if you want to meet at the K-ghoul radio station tomorrow after school cause I feel like we can use your help and If Monica Is up to It she can come along too if she wants to.

Ash: uh yeah sure I'll let Monica Know

Fred: ok cool oh and by the way in case you were wondering I took a look at the phonebook for your phone number after I ask my dad where you lived at

Ash: okay... well Ill see you tomorrow bye

Fred: see ya Ash *hangs up*

I hangs up the phone and turn to see Monica on the couch already in her books doing her homework. I walk up to her and sit next to her trying to ignore what had happen before Fred called, as I sat down next to her she looks at me and the quick turns away deep red in the face as I saw a glimpse of her face making me blush and I start on my homework. after a while of nothing but silence I had decided to talk cause I was tired of the quiet.

Ash: that was Fred on the phone he asked us if we would like to come to the K-ghoul radio station tomorrow, you Interested in coming along?

Monica was still not looking when I probably cause of what was almost about to happen but she still nodded her head.

Monica: yeah I-I'll like to come 

Ash: cool, cool glad to know, sooo about the 'that' I'm sorry I didn't mean to come off like that 

Monica: it's alright it sort of happened but it doesn't matter It happened

after that, we continued to do our homework together as we even help each other out with some of our homework for classes we weren't good at, me with history, science and social studies and her with foreign language and chemistry. after we finished our homework we started talking about what we have been up to after we left I told her that I had been to a different school and that I was transferred here cause I was framed for almost killing a kid even though I was not the culprit and the kid backed me up and sadly I had to leave anyway but I got away without a criminal record Monica was pleased with that, meanwhile Monica went to California, San Francisco for a year to study while she got ready for her time to go to back to crystal cove with new talents and new studies, She shows me all the famous landmarks in san Francisco and all the beautiful beaches that would honestly be perfect to propose to someone one you love. as she shows me them I can't help but hate myself even more for leaving.
