"Here we are Ravi. 952 Halmoni Way." I said as we pulled up to the house Ravi so desperately wanted to visit.
Almost at an instant, he was getting out of the car and running up to this random girl's front door and banging like he was the police or something.
"Ravi, just be patient." I whispered as I walked up next to him.
He continued to bang continuously on the door, until a girl finally yelled, "Hold up, I'm coming!"
The front door swung open quickly and a girl with medium brown hair and a left side lip piercing answered the door. She stood in shock as she stared at us.
"No... No way! Your N and Ravi from VIXX!" She said happily, like we were close friends of hers.
Thank god she wasn't a freakish fangirl who suddenly told Ravi that they were secretly married.
"Hi, we're looking for Youngblood?" I asked kindly.
She froze for a moment before looking farther out the door, looking left and right.
"Come inside." She said quietly, walking inside.
Ravi was quick on her heels, leaving me to come in and close the door. She led us upstairs to what I assumed would've been a normal girl's bedroom, but instead there was recording equipment covering a computer desk and I could hear music playing from her headphones that were connected to the computer monitor.
"I'm Youngblood. Why are you two here?" She asked, sitting in her computer chair.
"We heard your rap to defend Ravi. And Ravi wanted to meet you." I explained, taking a seat on the edge of her bed.
Ravi stood next to her like she was the big idol and he was the big fan who was preparing to write a fanfic about her.
Not that I'd know anything about fanfics... Haha...
She looked up at Ravi, who tried to act cool, even though he was failing.
"Did you like it?" She asked honestly.
He nodded quickly and excitedly. "It was amazing. You did a great job and I came here to give my thanks to you."
A smile plastered her face and she looked down, obviously smitten.
I happened to finally get a good look at her room and saw a bunch of VIXX posters, and a few big poster-like pictures of herself as well.
"You like 'em? I made them for when I'm famous." She asked, acknowledging that I was admiring her photos.
Despite prior belief, she was very pretty. Ravi was right in his fanboy ramblings about her in the car on the way here.
"They're nice. So, are you working on anything new?" I took the time to ask.
"Yeah, just working on a few mashups and working on some new raps. I'm almost finished with a mashup I call 'Pop goes the Weasel'." She explained, handing the headphones towards me.
I put them on and she pressed play. Immediately, 'Hyde' started to play through my ears. Once the song had actually started, I noticed the beat had been prolonged and she had put her own rap in there.
"I'm not a good girl. I'm not the bad girl you think. Everyone has to control their rage, but mine is a species all its own. I like to call it Hyde, because its favorite game is Hide and Seek. Push the right buttons and you'll meet your maker." Her voice rapped.
I smiled and took the headphones off. "Talent like that should be known." Then I added, "Have you done any actual VIXX covers?"
She blushed and nodded. "My favorite cover is Light It Up."
She unplugged the headphones for a moment, before plugging them back in.
"Maybe another time. My roommate will be home any moment, and she's a crazed STARLIGHT." She explained.
"Is there any way we can contact you? Y'know, just for anything?" Ravi asked quickly.
She laughed lightly and pulled a notepad and pen closer. She scrawled something out on the paper and handed a slip to each of us. "Here's my number. You have my address also. So call or come by any time. I work from 10 am till 3 PM though. So during those times, just text me." She explained in detail.
We nodded and she quickly ushered us out the door. "It was nice to meet you guys." She whispered.
We smiled and waved goodbye, quickly getting into my car and pulling off as another car pulled into the driveway.
"So? What do you think of her?" I asked Ravi.
He looked at me, almost dazed. "I think I'm in love."
