As promised, Jackson accompanied Jinyoung to his parents house. Mrs. Bang was so happy to see them. He hugged Jinyoung tightly and whispered something that Jackson couldn't hear. Jinyoung nodded and turned to Jackson, "babe, I'll be back ok"

Jackson smiled back, "I'll be here, love, waiting for you." Jinyoung walked toward the stairs to see his mother. Mrs. Bang approached Jackson, "thank you for bringing him. You're really good for him"

"Please don't thank me, Mrs. Bang. This is all Jinyoung. I just told him that I'll be here for him and I will."

"You think you didn't do anything but you saying you'll always be there for him, meant so much. I'm so glad he has you in his life. Thank you." A teary Mrs Bang said.

She motioned for Jackson to follow her to the dining room. She made Jackson tea while they wait for Jinyoung.

Meanwhile, Jinyoung knocked gently on his mother's room and turned the knob to open the door. He saw his mother laying on the bed. He checked if she was sleeping. He walked silently towards his mother's bed. He kneeled down to check on her. He stated at her face.  She was frowning and tears when falling at the side of her face. For the first time, Jinyoung felt sorry for his mother. She looked worn out. He wanted to comfort her, to make her stop from crying but he hesitated.

He was about to leave when his mother opened his eyes and called his name out, "Jinyoung? Is that you? Are you really here, baby?"

Baby? My mother never called me this ever since I can remember, Jinyoung thought. He took a breath and replied, "yes, mom, I'm here." He then sat down on the bed, "do you need anything?"

Mrs. Park moved to a sitting position on her bed and reached for Jim her son's hand, "no...just you being here is enough for me...thank you for coming"

Jinyoung placed his other hand over his mother's, "honestly, you don't need to thank me...it was actually Jackson who convinced me to come, mom....I'm sorry for being a terrible son" his voice started to crack. He felt so bad especially seeing how his mother looked so distraught.

His mother placed her hand on Jinyoung's cheek, "no, honey, you're not a terrible son at all. It was me...I made you this way. I'm so sorry for not being a mother to you" Jinyoung couldn't hold his tears anymore and hugged his mother. He knew that she needed him right now. More than ever.

They stayed in her room for a while and talked about what happened. Jinyoung found out that this wasn't the first time his father cheated. It has been years, with different women. Jinyoung was furious knowing that his father have been hurting his mother emotionally for years. And felt so guilty for being a brat all these years too without know what his mother was going through.

They had a heart to heart and they both understand each other more. Jinyoung promised his mother to be a constant person on her life from now on. He knew that she needed her. He was the only one left for her.

Jackson was in the kitchen with Mrs. Bamg helping her with prepare lunch when he heard footsteps coming down the stairs. "Jinyoungie...love...lunch is ready, help me set the table —" Jackson stopped when he realized that Jinyoung wasn't alone.

"Hi Jackson. Thank you for helping Mrs. Bang...Jinyoungie, help your boyfriend set the table. Come here Jackson and give me a hug." Mrs. Park said smiling at Jackson.

Jackson froze and didn't really know what to say. Boyfriend? Does this mean? Jinyoung walked towards him and gently patted his cheek, "yes, my mom just called you my boyfriend...get over it and say hello to my mother."
