Believe it or not, this is something that I feel should be said before we get into anything else.
Anyone can use the label witch.
Absolutely anyone.
I've seen people say you can only use the label witch if you are a female, and that just isn't true. Anyone that practices witchcraft is a witch.
You can be male, female, non binary, agender, demigirl, demiboy, bigender, genderfluid. Literally anything, even if I didn't list it.
I've also seen people say you can't be a witch if you're a certain race or sexuality, which isn't true. If someone says this they're usually just racist or homophobic, ignore what they say or block them to get rid of their negativity. Of course, there are closed practices that only specific cultures should practice, and you need to respect that. If there's a closed practice, it's closed for a reason. Don't go messing with things that shouldn't be messed with.
Any religion can practice witchcraft as well, as it isn't a religion itself. I am personally friends with a Christian witch and she is not doing anything wrong. If you are part of any religion, you can practice witchcraft.
No matter who you are, if you practice witchcraft, you can call yourself a witch. Don't let the toxic witches get in your way.
My other chapters will be longer, I just figured this had to be said first.
Have a great day, witchlings!
