Chapter 18

Jisoo's pov

Me and Yeji was packing our clothes for our 1 week trip at her friend's resort.

"Hey Yej?" I called her.
"Yes?" She asked.
"Where's my necklace?" I asked.

Yes,I kept a given necklace. I don't know why but I feel like I have a missing piece everytime I don't wear it. Like it was a piece that completes my heart,Yeji knows that but totally understoods it.

"Oh I kept it in the box under your pillow" She said then smiled.

I walked towards the bed and I saw a cute little rectangle box. I opened it and I saw the necklace perfectly fit inside the box.

"You ready?" Yeji asked.
"Wait for a moment" I said.

I quickly attached the necklace to my neck and grabbed my suitcases.

"Thought you will take another hour in there" Yeji said sarcastically.
"You just thought" I said then chuckled.

We walked hand in hand towards the car in the parking lot ofcourse. After sometime we arrived at the resort and Yeji's friends welcomed her.

"Yeji!!" A short haired girl said.
"We missed you" Another one said.
"You must be Jisoo?" One girl asked.
"U-urm...yes,Kim Jisoo. Pleasure to meet you all" I said.
"My name is Ryujin" She said.
"Chaeryoung,nice to meet you"
"My name is Jisu,but we have the same pronounciation of our name,just call me Lia" She said.
"My name is Yuna" Yuna said.

Ryujin said that they invited another friend and was on her way to this resort. After a few minutes later we heard a honk outside the gate and the girls fetched it.

"Why don't you go with them?" I asked Yeji.
"I'd rather spend time with you. Look the sun is already setting" She said then pulled me nearer the shore.
"Your friends might find us" I said.
"They will be too busy to entertain their new friend to notice us" Yeji said then chuckled.
"Hey guys!" We heard Yuna shouted.
"You've been telling lies lately you light fury!!" I said jokingly then kissed her cheek.
"I just thought of it! But can you give me another one?" She asked cutely pointing to her lips.
"No" I said then kissed her lips.

We stood up and left the shore,Yeji went to her friends but I walked straight to the tent because I was pretty tired.

3rd person's pov

Yeji didn't noticed the 'new friend' that her friends invited,Ryujin said that the 'new friend' was already sleeping. Chaeryoung and Yeji planned to do fishing tomorrow so that leaves Jisoo,Ryujin,Yuna,Lia and the mystery friend their.

"Will you be okay if I'm gone here the whole day?" Yeji asked.
"Why?" Jisoo asked.
"Me and Chaeryoung will go fishing at the lake" Yeji said.
"Well ofcourse I'd be okay" Jisoo said.
"You sure?" Yeji asked for reassurement.
"But make sure to be back at 10 pm" Jisoo said.
"Yes ma'am" Yeji said.

The two went to bed and felt theirselves drifting off to sleep.
7am
Jisoo woke up without Yeji by her side.

She probably already went out to fish. Jisoo thought. She stood up and went outside the tent,she saw Ryujin,Lia and Yuna. She didn't notice a silhouette standing outside the beach house.

"Goodmorning Jisoo" Ryujin greeted.
"Morning" Jisoo greeted in a dry voice.
"Jisoo,do you wanna join us later?" Ryujin asked.
"Join? Join what?" Jisoo asked.
"Event later" Ryujin said.
"Oh yeah,sure" Jisoo said.
"Great!" Lia said.

Jisoo's pov

I noticed a silhoutte outside the beach house holding a mug. She looks familiar,very,very familiar.

"Uhm,who is she?" I asked full with curiousity.
"She's Jennie" Lia said.
"Oh okay,will she be joining the event?" I asked.
"Ofcourse,many people here will join" Lia said.

I walked outside to see this Jennie or whatever her name is,to make friends with her.

"Hey" I said with calmness.
"J-jisoo?" She asked.
"How'd you know?" I asked.
"Ryujin told me" Jennie said.

3rd person's pov

Did her father just obliviate her?.. Jennie's mind said.

"So,you're Jennie right?" Jisoo asked.
"Yes,nice to meet you" Jennie said then shaked hands with Jisoo.
"You're joining right?" Jisoo asked.
"Yea,I bet their will be alcohols their" Jennie said chuckling.
"You drink?" Jisoo asked.
"Yes ofcourse,what'd you think of me? A nerd or something?" Jennie said.
"You look like a goddess tho" Jisoo asked.

Jennie blushed at Jisoo's statement. Sometimes,when Jisoo is too honest they don't know what to say nor reply.

"I love sunsets,I wish if someone plans to propose to me,I want it in a beach and in sunset" Jisoo suddenly spoke.
"I know.." Jennie muttered.
"Pardon?" Jisoo asked.
"Oh,nothing,I said,Me too" Jennie said then showed her gummy smile.

-Timeskip (event)-

"Hello everyone and goodevening to you all!!" The MC said.
"So tonight we'll play some games and have some fun!!" He added.
"So I'm Tristan Johanson,your MC for tonight" He said then smiled.
"Let's wait for a few minutes then the event will start" He added then placed the mic down.

After some few talks,here and there,five minutes has already passed and the event was starting.

"Hi guys!! Are you ready?? So our first game is called 'Balance with your partners',so are you all ready?" Tristan asked.
"Yes!!" The crowd chanted.
"Okay so let's pick a random name here on the cup" He said then raised the cup full of random names.
"First contestant!! Kang Yoona!
The second one is.....Kim Jisoo!!
The third one is....Hwang Seojun!!
And the last one to complete the team is.....Jennie Kim!!" Tristan said energeticaly.
"Seojun oppa??,Yoona unnie?? Long time no see!!" Jisoo said as she see her childhood bestfriends.
"How's Chaeyoung?" Seojun asked.
"She's fine,She do have a lover now" Jisoo whispered.
"What?" Yoona asked so shocked.
"It's Lisa" Jisoo said.
"I knew it!! They will end up being together!" Seojun said.
"Now for the team that will compete with Team A are.....Shin Ryujin!! Choi Julia!! Ahn Soojin!! And, the last one will be Lee Eunwoo!!" Tristan said.

The 8 people was called upstage and bowed to the MC.
Tristan explained how the game will be played and the rules that are given.

"And the last rule ofcourse, Don't fall,you can fall for the wrong person but not in this game!!" Tristan said.
"So are you guys ready??" He asked.
"Yes!" They said.

The music has started and they all danced to the song.

"And...Stop!" Tristan said then stopped the music.

They all hopped inside the newspaper and trying to control their balance. Fortunately none of them got out. After some few folds it was now time to fold it in ¼.

"Oppa,Carry Yoona for us" Jisoo said to Seojun.
"Yes sure" Seojun said.
"Ready....steady....go!" Tristan said then played the music.

The music stopped and Seojun carried Yoona immediately and Jisoo carried Jennie. In the end,the Team B losed and Jisoo's team won.

"Congratulations to you Team A!!" Tristan said then gave them the prize.
