" we need to talk" is all she said as she walks away, oh god where's Oakley when I need her, my baby is like a shield so lex can't go crazy on me.
". Tobin!!!" Lex yells from the top of the stairs as I still stud there then turn around
"Baby mama be crazy" I say as Blake and I laugh and I run up the stairs walking in the room my heart dropped lex was packing her belongings.
" hey hey wait let me explain before you go all crazy and walk away" as she rolled her eyes no continue packing not hearing a word a that I was say, I was about to speak but my phone rang it was manny my PI friend. And whenever manny calls that's because it's important.
"Hello, Manny dude not now I'm-" what manny told me angered me but I also knew I was right.
" alright, are you sure that him? I would like a picture and then I'll send you the cash personally also make sure that that's the only copy.... ok I'll see you later text me the date and time" as I hang the phone lex looked at me with an eyebrow raise
" is manny a code name to go fuck another hoe? She said in disgust but I show no emotion I just kept staring at lex as she just stood there with her arms crossed over her chest
"You said that you wanted to talk, now talk!" She says a bit annoyed as I scuffed and shook my head and sat down just calming my self *ding**ding* my phone rang as a message came in a photo was sent as an attachment from manny, *ding**ding* a video was send to me from hakim the security guard.
"Tobin!! Lex snatched my phone and watch the video on replay of last night when I stood up and christen falling and dragging me down with her but no kiss lex looked surprised.
"But TMZ said-" she mumble as I cut her off
" don't believe everything that you read in the internet Alex, how could you, I pledge my loyalty to you and Oakley it hurts me to know that you came in my home very upset thinking the worst of me then packing your bags with out hearing my side of your story, I was scared of you that's how much I made you rule over me but that's over!" I said as she looked at me nervous and worried.
" since we are bing honest, I really thought that you cheated so last night my mother invited servando for dinner and to meet Oakley, after she show me the pictures of you and christen I was upset and he comfort me and we slept together, Tobin I'm sorry I wanted to get back at you for-" ah I shake my head in disbelief I got up the courage to say the hardest thing ever
"I would like for us to give each other some space, you did right on packing your things, now I have to go, something came up" it hurt me to leave Alex like that but like my grandmother glen used to say if you love something set it free for if it's yours it will come back and you welcome it with open arms, with that I ran down the stairs to the kitchen where the family was as I stand by the door and clear my throat
"Pssst...Brook!!! Blake" I wave them over for them to follow me to the gun room.
"I have to tell you both something really important, I hired a PI to track down someone I've been following for the pass weeks since I've been working with mom" they both looked at me like if I was a ghost but brook spoke " look Tobin just because Alex is cheating on you with the baby daddy doesn't me we need to hunt the asshole down and kill him, orange jumpsuit doesn't look good on you sis !" I swear to god brook is going the be the death of me.
" we will talk about that later, but no I'm not killing my ex-fiancé baby- you know what never mind, look I hired a PI to track down dad's CEO looks like Phil had been taking half off the charity for the kids in need foundation and paying off him gambling depths and gambling some more, 3 weeks ago I bought Queen's Casino and in  2 days I will be hosting a illegal poker game, in order to know if my suspicion are correct every suit case of the foundation money has a code that will only appear if it's scanned it with a blue light, Blake since you are good with poker you will be sitting on the table, brook you will be at the valet boot parking cars and when you are in their you will put this chip in the radio that will record all his in car phone calls that will automatically transfer to the software in my Casino finally I will be on visual watching over you guys, any questions?... ok good go get some rest and if dad ask just keep it cool and lie" and with that I walk away up to my room, as I enter my room Alex was with Oakley seated on my bed.
" what are you still doing here Alex thought I told you to leave" I walk up to my bed and sat on the opposite side where Oakley was and played with her a little as I kiss her forehead Alex spoke
" we are leaving now I just wanted for Oakley to say goodbye-" I raise my hand to cut her off
" this isn't no goodbye I will be seeing her again... will I not?" as Alex lip quiver and a single tire falls she shakes her head in disagreement.
" I'm sorry Tobin but Oakley is my child not yours and her father would like to see her"
As I burst out laughing, I know it may be selfish of me to say this but in all honesty that guy didn't had half the balls I had to raise a child and a broken woman haven't she forgotten how she got pregnant in the first place.
"I have no right to judge your decision Alex, Oakley maybe your blood daughter but she also is mine and has the Heath Fisher last name the only way she will be removed from my grip is by law. if you and her father needs to see my kid you both will have to come to my house, and if that's all you can leave but my child stays" when I was done Alex was furious but made the right decision to walk away.
As the days go by the plan was a success we caught phill, told dad and his lawyers took care of it.
Alex came by the house with Servando and there layer which I knew she would do that why when she texted me she was coming I had my family layers waiting. I'm not a bad person I told them that Alex and servando can see or even have Oakley for a week and when Oakley is older she will decide who she would be living with and servando being a child about it disagrees but my layers put his ass in check by asking him questions
" Mr. carasco and Miss Morgan do you both have a job?" And they both say no
" do you guys still live with your parents?" They both shake their heads yes but servando stud up and pointed at me.
"But Fisher here still live with her parents and doesn't have a job, are we going the ignore that just because she is rich she gets to keep our child that's just bullshit!!"
I was going to intervene but my layer Kim spoke
" Miss Fisher my be rich but she does have a home tht was purchased 3 months ago and renovation was finished and inspected and passed the child proof policy, Miss Fisher is also the new owner of the Queen's Casino and hotel, she has been proven to be a good mother for Oakley so before you stand here and be disrespectful take the deal because we all here know if we take this matter to the court you will both lose the rights of this child, Miss Fisher is being merciful don't take her mercy for granted, now Miss Morgan you can sign here and here" Alex took the paper and read it as I watch her every move her eyes water but a tier never fell...sign a paper for what said servando as he looked over at Alex
" Miss Fisher has filed for a divorce" said Kim as my heart dropped yea Alex and I got secretly married in Las Vegas 4 months but it never had to be like this but Kim is a business woman and a hell good of a layer

After our huge fight Because Alex was late to pick up Oakley for her week she called again yelling again at me because she couldn't find Oakley's favorite teddy and with out that teddy she can't go to sleep I ended her call and blocked her number because at this point the woman I once loved is stresses me out when Friday came around to drop off Oakley we got into an argument yet again and we both said things we will later regret but this was different I yelled at her to just leave and sign the fucking divorce papers and leave me alone and that If she was smart inuff she would know that Oakley was better off here with me.
2 Weeks later

I was in the gym working out when one of Rosa's employees came in with a crying Oakley in hand. Looking back at the security cameras I saw Alex drop off Oakley on our door step with a note telling me to take care of our kid that she went off on a mission for self recognition, she was den spotted with servando in the Caribbean all over each other. This was depressing for me looking like a fool thinking that we would be a happy family when she wasn't happy at all with me, I don't know what I did wrong Oakley is a wonderful kid she doesn't cry as much and she loves when Rosa plays with her.

Hope and Ash are in dispute on how is the best Goalkeeper and now we are playing a soccer game which Is the only thing I'm happy about that's happening this whole week and school is coming up Alex has been MIA and now I have a babysitter coming all the way from Australia and we are both moving in to my second house which is currently being renovated and child proof because the first one was supposed to be a gift for Alex but I sold it and bought a better one, the renovation are all done and this was all my mothers idea, I love this woman but she thinks I can't take care of my kid and myself. I mean yes I was depressed and haven't showered in 3 days and didn't come out of my room, ok I see her point. But I am fine now and I do need help she told me if I took Rosa she would hunt me down and kill me so Rosa hired a whole house staff at my new place, all that is left is to pick up my Australian roommate/ babysitter in 4 hours.

The house now have 12 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms , huge kitchen, huge family room an office and my basement is a legit a bruh cave, the attic is my gym room, the back of the house was fenced so Oakley can play Blake and Kate got her a huge playground set damm I'm such a mom I thought to my self as I pack my stuff in a box. In 2 hours the new babysitter will be arriving, My mom is excited because it's her best friends niece her name is Summer Green, she's tall, beautiful, blonde hair, slim waist, smart and excellent with kids she also happens to be a molded.
*knock**knock*
Blake came for the last box on belongings from Oakley and taking it out as I follow her out of my now old empty room.
"So how you holding up?...I see you've been working out and playing soccer, I know we haven't spent time together because I see you got a lot on your plate but if you need someone to talk to you know I'm your girl" I scuff and rolled my eyes
" I know that but getting back in shape and working my ass off is what I love to do ever since the renovation I haven't think about Alex witch is progress on myself Oakley seems happy, and that's all that matters"
