You enter the airport, quickly forgetting about your lost earphones from all the excitement that had taken over you. I get to see them again! You say to yourself in excitement, with your luggage trailing behind you.

No words could ever express how much you and your brother were thrilled to see your old friends again. The stay may only be for a few weeks, but to you that was just enough time to catch along with what your friends from Canada have been doing for the past few months.

Finally boarding the plane with the small pouch you ought to bring for the necessary things you may need in the plane with you, you sit down on your respective seat (which was right beside your brother's) and made yourself feel comfortable.

---

"Alright everyone please gather around," coach Nekomata catches everyone's attention, the team later stopping what they were currently doing and went over to the bench where the coach was currently sitting at.

Since you already knew the news that was going to be announced you decided to go over and fix the equipment the boys weren't using at the moment, all the while listening intently to what coach Nekomata was about to say.

"As you all know, we're going to be having a practice match with Karasuno next week. I'd like to especially thank (Y/N) and Karasuno High's managers for arranging the event, despite it being difficult for them to do so," Coach said as they all stared at you.

Being the dumbass you were, you were only half listening to whatever Coach was announcing, due to the fact that you were already aware of what he was going to say, but you never expected Coach to actually mention you. In quick panic you decided to just wave and shoot them a close-eyed smile, moreover serving as a "you're welcome" sign.

What you didn't expect however, was for Kenma to glare at you, slightly curving his lips upwards. In all honesty you didn't know how and why he did that, but you were 99.99% assuming that it was because you had successfully arranged a practice match with Karasuno's Men Volleyball Team.

After that weird, less-than-50-seconds moment, Coach Nekomata decided to continue what he needed to say, "because of this, I'd very much appreciate it if each and every one of you do your best to enhance your skills before the event."

"Haiba-kun?" You ask the tall first year. Dear Lord, that damn height I could never- please don't make him so tall, you pleaded. "(L/N)-san?" Lev asked in return. "I was wondering if you need any assistance with your training?" You questioned. As the only manager of the volleyball team, you assured that you wouldn't drag the team down and help them with the best of your abilities. "I appreciate the concern (L/N)-san but I think I'll do fine on my own for now," he answered, giving you a smile with a thumbs up. You flash him a cheeky smile, "Alrighty then! Feel free to ask for help whenever you need me!"

You quickly skipped to the other team members, asking each of them if they needed any sort of assistance with practicing.

-

You quickly went over to Yaku to see if he needed any of your assistance. "Heyo Yaku-kun! I have a quick question; I was maybe wondering if you needed any help?" You ask the third year as he picks up a ball. "Sure, I could use some help," he exclaims as he heads to one side of the court and you go to the other.

"Would it be alright if I do overhead passes?" He asks. "Of course! You didn't have to ask Yaku-kun," you tell him as he only smiles at your response.

You toss the ball high as you wait for Yaku to receive it.

"Uwah," You say in surprise, "that overhead pass looked so perfect I don't even think you're human anymore!" Well technically you were exaggerating, but considering that you haven't played volleyball in a while made you think that his overhead pass was something only pros could do.

"I'll take that as a compliment," he says as you both chuckle.

~

After finishing with the overhead pass drills, you both decided to do basic receiving passes this time. "If you don't mind me asking (L/N)-san, have you had any experience with volleyball back when you were in elementary?" He asks, curiosity filling the libero's mind. "Ah now that you mention it, yea I do have some experien-"

You cut yourself off as you reminisce one of those times where Bella would accidentally spike the ball at your face due to inexperience.

"Hm? (L/N)-san?"

"I- I'M SORRY!" You apologize as you catch a glimpse of the ball the two of you were previously using, rolling near the gym wall. Fudge I ruined the streak, you say to yourself.

~

After helping Yaku with his receivings, you head over to the others, asking them the same question. Speaking from your personal perspective, you weren't really pleased that you couldn't give them any tips or suggestions to improve their skills due to your lack of knowledge.

"Kozume-kun? Uh do you perhaps need any help with your setting or are you all good by yourself?" You ask the pudding head curiously.

"I mean I guess I could use some help..." He silently muttered, but was just loud enough for you to hear. "Great! Just tell me what I need to do in order to be of your assistance!" You say and smile after. "...Would it be alright if you spike my tosses? Just to make sure that my aim and timing are correct.." Kenma asks you in a low voice once again. "Sure!" You said, grinning at the second year, a small, evident smile forming on the boy's lips.
