chapter 10 (GMG Day 1)

It was finally time for us all to battle against each other but first, we were to be introduced.

' First off we have the guild who came in 8th, let's give it up for Fairy Tail!' the pumpkin man shouted and everyone bo-ood, 'alright alright, in 7th we have Quatro Cerberus, 6th Mermaid heel, 5th Blue pegasus trimens, 4th Lamis scale, 3rd Raven tail, and second we have Fairytail...wait we have a second group of Fairytail, Group B!' the pumpkin introduced us and we walked out with smiles on our face, the guild was shocked and everyone was staring in shock.

'U..uh and we have Sabertooth, give it up for last year's winners!!!!' the pumpkin guy shouted and everyone shouted in excitement.

I look up to gramps who happens to have Mavis next to him, she waved with a smile shouting 'GOODLUCK!' to us and Gramps gave us the thumbs up, i then looked to Kira 'here we go' i said smiling while she had a straight face on.

The pumpkin man started talking and told us which rank gives us how many points.

'Ok so to start us of i'll explain which ranks give which points, Rank1=10 points, Rank2= 8points, Rank3= 6 points, Rank4= 4points, Rank5= 3points, Rank6= 2 points, Rank7= 1 point, Rank8= 0points annnd for two people drawing gives 5points to each, now lets start with the first battle which is Hide and Seek! The contestants are....Mermaid Heel-Beth, Quatro Cerberus-Jäger, RavenTail-Nullpudding,Blue Pegasus- Eve ,Sabertooth-Rufus, Lamia Scale-Lyon, Fairy Tail A- Gray, Fairy Tail B- Juvia.

Nullpudding from Raven tail constantly only attacked Fairy Tail as the battle began, we could see that Juvia saved Gray and told him the thing about we're team B can control team A for a week, Rufus gets the last move and attacks everyone at the same time with his memory make magic.

' and the scores are!!!!!!...Sabertooth-1st (+7points), Blue Pegasus-2nd (+5 points), Mermaid Hee-3rd (+3points), Raven Tail-4th (+2points), Lamia Scale 5th (+1 point), Quatro Cerberus 6th (0 points), Fairy Tail B 7th (-1 point), Fairy Tail A 8th (-2 point) and now its onto the first battle match!' Pumpkin shouted and everyone shouted in joy and excitement.

First Battle match was Lucy vs Flare also known as Fairy Tail A vs Raven Tail, Before the battle begins, Lucy expresses her anger with Raven Tail for attacking Wendy whilst Mavis wonders what Raven Tail's objective is. The battle between Lucy and Flare will last for 30 minutes and if anyone is knocked out within that time, they lose. If the time limit is reached, a draw will be declared.Lucy commences the battle by performing a multiple summoning and combining Scorpio and Taurus' attacks whilst the crowd watches in awe. Flare soon responds with her Hair Magic, and the two twist and twirl around the ring as Flare grabs Lucy with her hair and Lucy grabs her in return with her Fleuve d'étoiles. Flare however soon starts to play dirty by taking Asuka Connell hostage in the stands, threatening to harm the young girl if Lucy attacks her further.With Asuka as her hostage, Flare forces Lucy to not use Magic, move or say anything at all, lest something unfortunate happens. Remembering what happened to Wendy and Gray, Lucy attempts to forfeit the fight, though Flare stops her by gagging her with her hair. Raising Lucy into the air, Flare decides to brand the mark of Raven Tail over her Fairy Tail mark, despite Lucy's attempts to stop her. Before she can however, Natsu discovers Asuka's danger and rips Flare's hair to pieces, allowing Lucy to summon Gemini and free herself. The Celestial Spirit transforms into Lucy to activate a Magic that they had practiced together, the two pooling their energies together to form a spell that Hibiki of Blue Pegasus recognizes instantly: Urano Metria! However, before it is cast, the power dissipates, leaving Lucy extremely weakened. Flare realizes that her teammate assisted her from the sidelines, as does Mavis, who notes that such a thing is against the rules. When Lucy collapses, Flare is declared the victor, and an exhausted Lucy cries on the ground as the crowd boos her until Natsu comes and takes her away.

The 2nd battle match was between Ren and Araña also known as Blue Pegasus vs Mermaid heel, Ren won.the 3rd battle match was Warcry vs Orga also known as Quatro Cerberus vs Sabertooth, Orga won. And the Final battle of day 1 is Mystogan vs Jura also known as Fairy Tail team B vs Lamia Scale, the battle begins with Jellal sticking to his disguise and employing Mystogan's Magic Staves to attack Jura, however the latter's supreme Magic abilities soon begin to outmatch Jellal's need to stay in character. Annoyed at the thought of losing, Jellal abandons Mystogan's Magic and begins to use his own, the two swapping blow after blow with neither seeming to have the advantage. Jellal then decides to go all out and prepares to unleash one of his strongest spells, though before he can, he is knocked out by Meredy and Ultear, the two Mages utilizing Meredy's Sensory Link Magic to stop Jellal from revealing his identity. Jellal out for the count, Jura is declared the victor.

That was the ending of day one in which we went back to our Inn's to have a rest and get food and drinks.

At a bar full of fairy tail guild members there Concurrently, Cana is approached by a man who challenges her to a drinking contest and manages to beat her, making it her first loss. The man then turns to leave, taking Cana's bra as a prize. Macao and Wakaba try to stop him from disgracing their guild mate, but the man easily and effortlessly dodges their attack and strikes back. Erza then arrives and realizes that the man is Bacchus, the Quatro Cerberus S-Class Mage. Bacchus then leaves after telling them that he will be replacing Warcry as one of his guild's representatives. As Bacchus leaves, Erza tells her team mates that they had fought multiple times in the past and no one has yet won, surprising them. And there is also table surfing that happens. I sat on a stool at the Bar, Kira was on one side and Milo on the other, I had a glass of coke which I kept refilling and I slumped 'No fair, all we did was watch others fight' I said in an annoyed voice.

"Hopefully we battle either tomorrow, or day four or five, because if not we will both be externally bored." Kira said to me, 'yeah... hey anyone got a game we can play?!' i shouted and Cana moaned on the floor, 'no thank you cana your at your limit today' i told her and then i spotted Gajeel and blushed before turning back around, i got off my stool and walked up to one of the windows and looked out and tilted my head 'so thats where he went...' i whispered to myself as i spotted Jellal upon a roof, i smiled hoping he could see me before we all spent the night drinking and eating and then resting.
