13: practice match

"bebe we have to go to school, come on, im gonna miss practice, lets gooooo"

"I'm coming, I'm almost done"

I finished putting on my jacket, grabbing my phone and bag and jogged down the stairs, running out the door so me and Suna could leave, once I reached the car I get in and saw that Suna was texting in their volleyball groupchat.

"fuck" he whispered and started the car

"what's wrong, is Kita mad?" I said

"no, I forgot we have a practice game with Karasuno today" he said pulling out of my driveway.

"oh yeahh, do you think Coach will let me go? I wanna watch"

"i don't know ask him when we get to school"

As we pulled up to our school, I looked down at my phone to check the time. 6:30am, we should have been here 10 minutes ago but I made Suna stop and get me an energy drink, we get out the car and Suna does a slight jog to get to the gym quickly and I trail behind.

Once I make it into the gym I go to the beach and sit next to coach Kurosu.

"good morning l/n" he said

"good morning coach, I was going to ask if I could tag along with you guys and going to the practice match after school today?"

"sure I don't mind, you seem to help a lot with practice your basically our manager"

"haha I guess in a way I kind of am-"

I got cut off by Atsumu running up to me.

"y/n-chan let me have some" Atsumu said already reaching his hand out towards my drink

"no! go practice" I said pushing his hand away.

I put my stuff down on the bench and walked over to Kita.

"need any help?" I asked him

"oh hi y/n, yes can you set some balls?"

"sure!"

after morning practice, I waited for Suna to get his school clothes on, so I could walk him to his class before parting ways to go to my classes.

once me and Suna made it into the halls of our school, I turned to him to tell him the coach said I could go.

"oh I forgot to tell you, coach said I could go with you guys to the practice match"

"cool, I swear if any of them-"

"gosh Suna calm down, i'm FRIENDS with them, okay-"

the bell rung and I kissed Suna really quick before running off to my first period. I was the last one to get into the classroom, I put my head down and walked over to my desk, I slipped my hood over my head and put my earbuds in.

I waited for time to pass by until after school, luckily my seat in my first period was next to the window I stared out and looked at the grey clouds, out of nowhere I felt a vibration from my pocket. I took my phone out and saw Hinata texted me.
