Containment procedures: is to be kept in a 6x 6 room with a bed, books on witchcraft or horror and the room can be left unlocked. It should never be left dark as 7680 is paranoid and causes him destress. The scp is free to roam as the scp is mainly cooperative with the foundation. unless needed in testing and often helps out mainly with anything to do with electronics. 7680 can keep his goggles with him as long as he doesn't use they're abilities, if he does they should be confiscated temporarily. He should also be kept away from SCP- 5000 as they tend to start breaches together or cause downright havoc. Age: Depends

Likes: hanging out with 5000 in breaches of playing video games with her as they're best friends, colourful stuff and steampunk stuff, animals, helping people, kind people.
Dislikes: The dark and small spaces, any noises that are like or similar to gunshots, getting his goggles confiscated, the personnel finding to much out about him as he likes to stay mysterious, mean people, most mtf.
Abilities: Pheonix can see behind the matrix kinda like in the movie with the help of some goggles which he put his abilities into as constantly being able to predict everyone and everything's next moves can get boring. The goggles help him see codes on objects and people which he can read to see what will happen next, if he chooses Pheonix can prevent it from happening by changing the codes which bends reality, changing those actions.
Other: SCP- 7680 seems to skilled in hacking devices or anything with technology ranging from a phone to the security cameras or several people's TV's at once. 7680 also seems to occasionally start 'glitching' and his speech become disoriented/ repeating itself as well as freezing.
