Sword Art Online (Flightless Angels)

A/N: This is from, like, the most totally amazing anime I've watched ever, and it's just a fanfiction, but I really love it, and I hope you enjoy this too!

It was the day 10,000 copies of Sword Art Online came out for Nervegear. I was a beta tester, so I already had an account, and I was already at a pretty high level. Basically, I've been an experiment in two games. The world of reality, and online gaming.

In reality, I'm an experiment. Scientests took me and 4 other girls from our foster home, and planted wings on us, calling us angels. We could fly and everything, but we normally folded up our wings. However in the game world, we were always chosen to experiment and test the games. However in SAO, only I was chosen to test, but I made my character very strong.

We put on the Nervegear, and entered the fantasy world. In the game, I was the only one that has wings, but then again, I'm the only one that flies with them. The others are too scared. I am/was wearing a weird short white dress, with feathery things on the bottom, and a sword is/was(?) slung behind my back. My four friends Nera, Ocean, Tali, and Meg were standing near me, their heads held high. We sat in the center for a little, people looking at me. Obviously... I have wings...

Then, everyone got flashed into the towns center. All of them freaking out. Red alert signs covered the area, and trapped everyone inside. Then, a blood like thing came down, the game operator. "As all of you should know, there is no logout button. There won't be until you can clear all one hundred floors." Obviously he said more, but everyone was panicking, and that's all I could remember. Other then we're all going to die if someone takes off our Nervegear... And if our HP runs out we'll die...

I freak out, and fly upward, wanting to get out. "No, no, no!" I cry, hitting the wall. It shocked me. Like, literally shocked me. I yelp and fall.

"Someone catch her!" I hear Nera scream, and I close my eyes, protecting my face with my hands. I prepare for the worst. But, someone catches me, and when I realize that after about two minutes, I take my hands off of my face.

"Th-th-thank you..." I mumble, and he puts me down.

"Not a problem..." He said, and I ran back to my friends, and shook my hands.

"That stung... We have to make a party... Okay? Nera, you're the youngest, and none of you are beta's like I am... But, we have to group together...Start a guild. The Flightless Angels. I'll lead, since I'm the beta. I won't leave you guys alone, okay? I won't let anything happen to you." I smile reasurringly, and they nod.

I go to the main menu, and add them all to my friends list, and also request for them to be in my party. Soon, the red shield goes, and we're all free to go. However, before we did, someone arranged for a meeting in about two weeks. If we all made it that is. I agree to go, but I made the others stay here in case of an emergency.

All of us gather up strength, and do what we always do in the real world. 2,000 people have died already.... I walk to the meeting center quietly by myself, and I sit in the front. A creepy guy scoots toward me, and I keep scooting away. When I scoot over as far as I can, I fall off the bench, and glare at him. He laughs, and I roll my eyes. "Who are you..." I mumble.

As he was about to say something, someone begins the meeting. All I hear is, 'Blah blah blah blah blah boss. Blah blah blah blah make a party. Blah." And the guy turns toward me. He must be my age. "I'm Mamoru. Who are you?" He asks.

"Day... Nice to meet you Mamoru-San..." I grumble. "You and I will be in a party, but only for this... I have people to get back to." I say, and go to my main menu, requesting the brunette, blue eyed boy, to join my party. He quickly agrees, and I stand up. "Farewell... See you back here tomorrow morning." I wave goodbye, and run off to go to my hunting grounds to meet up with Nera, Ocean, Tali and Meg.
