Detective Sophia Jones writing, I had quite the eventful day today, I don't exactly know where to start. I've been scratching my head about all the incidents that had happened, which is my reason for writing this log tonight, after today I think I'll be documenting all my actions and experience during the entire voyage. At least until I reach the Americas...

I can't believe this is happening! My life is finally coming together! I just graduated from college and now I am on my way to the Americas to become a detective, maybe even continue on my education at one of the most prestigious schools, life couldn't get any better! As my driver reaches the parking area near the cruise ship, my heart pounded at the size of her magnificence, she stood taller than any other ship on deck and captured beauty more than the Eiffel Tower did in Paris, France.
"Enigma, very interesting name to say the least."
"Very much indeed, m'lady. Very fitting for her uniqueness in size and strength, a close replica of the tragic ship Titanic, she is a mysterious beast that we will soon aboard on these rough seas."
My driver, Mr. Pearson, speaks up and smiles at me, never once have I heard Mr. Pearson speak up in the past 4 years of his hard work as my family driver. It really is an "enigma" to finally hear him speak outside of "yes, ma'am" or "where to m'lady?" As I walk towards the bridge that connects the ship to land, I watch as all the people on land cheer and smile at us as different classes aboard the ship, as I set foot on the enormous ship I look at Mr. Pearson and say,
"You can take all crates and luggage to my cabin, Mr. Pearson, please let the front desk know you will be checking-in for me."
He bows his head and smiles,
"Yes ma'am."
I didn't notice the smile on my face as I walk towards the railing, I look out to sea and a sigh of pleasure escaped my body, the fresh summer breeze blowing in my hair and the warmth of the sun touching my skin felt almost like a dream. Right before we set sail, all passengers run and hoard every edge, space, and railing area to say their farewells to the land they knew before. I never liked a big crowd so I didn't join in, I just began my walk below the ships deck and into the Main Area, from there I knew where I was; I knew where the dinning area is, the bar area, the game rooms, and the first-class cabins.
Before I got on the ship, I promised my family that I would tour the entire ship and write to them about how amazing and spectacular she is, however that can come later. I remembered that Mr. Pearson was awaiting my arrival in my cabin, on the other hand, I do not necessarily know which cabin is mine. As I make way to the front desk, I get cut off in line by very tall, very thin lady with a dark navy blue dress with gold detailing and trim; her hat matched the same color of her dress, but she had gold and yellow feathers in the stripped ribbon tied around the base of the hat.
"I demand to see the person in charged! My cabin is an entire mess when I returned, it was not in that fashion when I placed all my belongings in there!"
The poor clerk seemed terrified of her yelling, he obviously did not know what to do in the situation he was in, however the lady speaking did sound familiar. As I make my way closer to the woman, her appearance seemed more recognizable and I realized that I do know this woman.
"Um...excuse me? Ms. Sanders...?"
I speak, almost as terrified as the clerk man behind the desk, as she turns to face me she says,
